Please i have

This used to be a great company. But after going abruptly offline due to "moving from VISA to MasterCard" the company seems to have stopped all operations and taken all money deposited into their accounts.

Moving from VISA to MasterCard sounds innocent however it happened overnight, without warning and without the option to withdraw funds deposited into the account.

After contacting my bank in an effort to get my money back that I deposited but not used, I was informed that the account the money was sent to has been closed.

Support also seems to have been taken offline. It took them 3 months to get back to me to inform me that I have to pay €50 to get my money back however it did not say how to do this.

I am very disappointed in a service that used to work.

Now i am use it every week.

surely i find it a good service and i have to thank them for it, but to there is only 3 way to fund you VVC,
1- Bancore voucher which it not supported worldwide and even redeem4.me can't get work correctly all the time,
2- UKash cards which is not easy to locate in UAE.
3- Bank transfer, i'm trying it as i transfer money yesterday, i think it is a slow process as well.
i think there is many options can be added could be much faster and usable, as funding by sending SMS, yes it add more fees but it should be faster and make it more usable, it would be better for me to pay every thing as a phone bill from my country and use bancore VVC to buy every thing else.

I join an affiliate program and sell products on Amazon. I transfer money to Bancore via UK bank.
I transfer $200.6 but only received $181.1 in Bancore.
Fees very very high. (~10%)
I am forced to use Bancore, because Amazon only pay via bank (US, EU)
