Horrendous Rooms
Advertised as B&B, but no food of any kind, spent 1.3K on two rooms, 5 of us; nowhere near worth that money, have spent £400 less on a luxury caravan before now
I would advise anyone to stay away, absolutely horrendous, the interior decor is like the early 80's
They are currently refurbishing outside of the hotel, which doesn't really need it, leaving the rooms horrendous, Gordon Ramsey would have a field day, glad don't have a uv light
Two rooms booked:-
Only one key, no spare, if we lose it a ladder to be placed against the window to break in
Dirty socks behind the "bedside table"
Both bedside tables minging
No hangers in wardrobes
Wardrobes minging
Carpet tatty, thread bare
Bathroom extract fab filthy
Light over bathroom mirror doesn't work
Filthy coving
One shower dispenser doesn't work, other two empty
No shower mat for floor, so floor became very wet and slippy
No plug in the sink, so couldn't have a shave
One hand & one bath towel per person, per week
No ledge in the shower to put toiletries on
Small bin in room was quickly filled, no one came to empty it, nowhere to put rubbish
2nd room shower door didn't close, was reported 1st day, said would send someone to fix, never cam
Light over bathroom mirror doesn't work
Not enough towels for the week, one stained
Almost all towels used mopping up water from the shower as the door doesn't close, had to buy towels
Workmen on scaffold right outside window, while kids trying to get ready
Reception only manned until 6pm, barely saw anyone
