Purchased Prov1 golf balls
Purchased Prov1 golf balls. Used for a week but balls performed poorly and lost 3. Eventually figured out why on the 4th ball used as it cracked into 2 pieces. 5th ball also cracked when hit. Took to golf pro shop who confirmed they were fake. Tried calling the number on the website but doesn't exist. email support finally answered after a week of silence. Being asked to return them to a US warehouse to get a refund. And I'm being asked to pay for the postage. Article on resolver.co.uk website confirms Consumer Contract Regs says I do not have to pay for return of faulty or fake goods.
