There site is a literal soft scam you will never legitimately win anything big

Unsure of what this website is, but charges to it showed up on my bank statement, charges all made in succession within like a minute's time. My bank stated that they reached out to the merchant, who stated that they were legitimate charges made by me. How is this possible? How do you charge a card 20 times within a minute for almost 1000$? Horrible, and an investigation is under way and police will soon be informed.

Edit: I've done my due diligence and I have figured out what this website is. Although I don't quite understand it, I get that it is a legitimate merchant. The problem is is that my bank stated, as I held my card in my own hands and these charges were being charged against me, they stated that they had contacted the merchant and the merchant said that they were legitimate charges. So, my bank denied me , then they denied me an appeal , because of what this Merchant had said . They deemed me solely responsible for the theft of my own money . Yes that is a review for another company that I will make , but for now there's another issue . I just don't understand how these can be legitimate charges, as I stated in my prior post, especially made by me when I had never heard of this company before prior to this. How can a company let charges like that go through without being flagged? All within a couple minutes time. I don't quite understand it, and I don't need to. What my bank needs as proof that I did not make these charges is a statement from the merchant stating that I had no affiliation with them at all prior to this incident. Yes my information was probably stolen and then used, and all I ask now is for said statement stating that I never had an account and I never bought anything. I have now reached out personally to the website/merchant, and I have had correspondence with somebody named Vincent. Vincent stated that my situation has been escalated to the proper people in their Department. When I reach back to Vincent more than 12 hours later on their website, it showed that my message had been "seen" and not replied to. All I ask is for a simple letter and this company refuses to give it to me, or my bank, as I have plotted out to them many times over now through emails and otherwise, that this is necessary for progress to move forward and a resolution to be found. I will keep the rating as is until I receive my money back, or the simple letter that I asked for. I have even now joined their Discord it hopes to find help that route. Yet so far to no avail.

Second Update: I brought my issue up to the support department on Discord and they told me that I could be issued a refund. I was then asked by a separate person in the support department if I owned a wallet I wish I replied "a physical one yes". I didn't got no response back, so about 12 hours later I asked if there was any progress. I then posted pictures of my correspondence on this website and they dropped me from the server, meaning I am booted. I cannot get back in. So much for a peaceful resolution. Do not trust this website.

There customer service is horrible I accidentally put in a $228 item because it didn't tell me what I put in and I missed clicked and I couldn't refund it because it said I needed to gamble $228 so I did and won 390 but then it still said gamble 228 I did and lost it all because of a stupid bug and they won't fix it won't refund my tempered face mask and everything I tell them they said "we can't refund spent balance" this site is not Worth it and they won't refund your items if it was there fault because of a bug what a horrible site try other ones

This is probably one of if not the worst gambling site for rust skins ever. First off, there is a balance glitch that the site is well aware of. It duplicates your existing balance onto another tab if you have multiple open. This may cause you to lose more than expected because you assumed you had more balance because of this bug. Another issue is the community. Bandit camp does not really care about you unless you have some sort of status to promote their site, catering to higher more known users and overall useless staff team.

You get a sh!t ton of bonuses, you can get 0.10 scrap per day or 0.03 every 15 minutes and you can use it to snowball to 1-2$ and then deposit. You can literately get a skin every 1-2 days (if you are active). NEVER DEPOSIT MONEY, GAMBLING IS ADDICTIVE, IT CAN RUIN YOUR LIFE.

If you guys recognize that to profit on this website or any other website about skin gambling with no real money in the balance (like stakes),. That to win money its much harder so the best way to deposit is the +45% offer and lets say we do this and deposit 100€ and will get 145.00 scrap and make a example u got 145 scrap and u lose by a spin 20scrap and u make ur 20 scrap back ur balance is at 145 scrap and then u say "Lets cash out or " than u make MINUS.No joke, you have to make at least 34,99 scraps more to not lose your money and cash out with 100 bucks, because if you cash out with 100 scraps, it will cost 55,79€, and if you cash out with skins and trade them to Steam, you will think first that nice on Steam, I can get a 63 scrap skin for 48€, but it is useless because the money on Steam will never get to your PayPal or your bank, so you have to go to a skin sale website, and on this, the skin has much less value than on Steam. Example: for a 63 scrap skin on Banditcamp, you will get 48€ on Steam, but you have to sell them on a skin-selling website like "SkinCashier." I really checked every single website, and the value of the skin on the website is much lower than on Steam. In this example, you will get about 29€ of money, which is a loss when you deposit more than 29€, but 29€ are 42.05 scrap, so you have to make 21 scrap more to get the price paid for what you deposited.
I hope you guys understand that skin gambling websides are not really scams, but to withdraw your scrap, you will lose some money, and its much harder to make a profit on them and riskier either way, so the best way to make a profit on this webside is to DEPOSIT LIKE 2€ and then try your best and cash out with like 50 scrap.
So Conclusion: Don't waste money on this website if you want to gamble online. Go on Stake, where cash outs are much better because you can insta cash out on PayPal and don't have this ass "Scrap," where you don't really know how much money you have right now.
