When I received the Classic case for iPhone 15 Pro Max it looked and felt high quality. It also looked very durable. I only had a small issue with one of the rubber pieces in the aluminum frame not sitting flush. I contacted BandWerk and they were quick to ship another case. The quality and customer service was so good I ended up buying the performance case as well! I would definitely recommend!

The watch band is excellent quality. It looks even better in person and fits all expectations. Would happily order again!

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. The exquisite craftsmanship is incomparable to anything else in the market at higher price points. This Apple Watch Series 9 - 45mm black leather band is FLAWLESS and its perfection obvious to any connoisseur of high end leather goods. I highly recommend this company’s products and I am just an extremely satisfied customer who likes to recognize excellence in craftsmanship. The shipping is incredibly fast and the packaging commensurate to the quality of the products it holds. Worth every single penny!

Deleted my review on their bandwerk website, classic case AI (iPhone 15 Pro), even though it was mostly positive! Which was a 4 star review.

If they are deleting reviews (4 star), this is causing me to not trust the brand. Product Classic Case AI.

The original DELETED review in short: highly well built case, durable leather. Well priced for what you get. Would prefer a titanium version to match that of the 15 Pro, and slimmer and lighter. As it sizes up the phone to Pro Max size.

Also, pre-order had no financial incentive. Long pre-order time, nearly 2 months.

I bought an ostrich strap for my Apple Watch. The strap is of exceptional quality and fits beautifully. I highky reccomend Bandwerk. There was a minor issue with shipping, but their customer service was very responsive.

As with Bandwerk’s Apple watch bands, this case is exquisitely made. Its all-around protection seems well thought out and fits my iPhone 15 Pro Max exceptionally well. The aluminum frame adds additional protection and enhances this fine cover's overall look and feel. The frame theme continues onto the back around the camera opening while the entire back is covered in fine leather. The metal frame requires simple assembly (using the included tool) but ensures the cover cannot be accidentally removed. Unlike some metal frames, this one does not affect WiFi or cellular signals due to its inclusion of TPU inlays in the metal where the antennas are located. It includes the magnets necessary to work with Apple’s MagSafe charger and other attachments – even providing a stronger attachment than the phone without a cover. As a further bonus, the buttons on the Pro Max seem to work better with the cover on than they did when using it without a cover, including the ‘Action Button,’ which other covers seem to have a problem with. You can find more expensive cases that do not work as well as this one from Bandwerk, but not one better thought out and executed.

I think they make some of the finest Apple watchbands I've ever seen. In addition, their customer service is spectacular. I highly recommend them!

I recently bought a black cordovan leather watch and from Bandwerk. Even with high expectations, I was greatly impressed by the quality of the craftsmanship. It’s well worth every dollar of the purchase price.

On top of that, the band comes in a very well executed package. Having delighted myself with a birthday gift to myself, Bandwerk will now become a solid go-to for my gifting needs for future birthdays and special occasions.

I have purchased lots of BANDWERK watch ribbons and all look amazing. These are the BEST ribbons for your watch. They look amazing, quality is off the charts and actually for their quality these are not expensive! A huge bravo to all the team at BANDWERK!!

Illegal duty charges and poor customer service.
Similarly to other UK based customers, I was surprised that Bandwerk charge Excise duty on items under £135.01.

I placed an order for 2 straps - total value £250, so unfortunately the parcel is liable for duty. (Wish they'd told me when I was asking about ordering 2 straps and sending one back!)

I'm now trying to find out if I will be able to claim back the duty on the strap I send back, but Customer Services just tell me over and over, in annoyingly cheerful tones, that they don't know anything about the duty!

The straps may be lovely, I don't know, but the whole experience has been really stressful.

Unfortunately I would have to advise UK buyers to avoid this company.

Bandwerk offer one of he finest quality products I’ve seen, at an incredible price. As a watch collector of 40 years, I’ve seen some imposters in this market place. This isn’t one. The quality and range is superb. Their customer service is second to none, and I make a living suing people for poor customer service and product inferiority. Don’t pay more for lesser products. Take the plunge with this superb range. You won’t regret it!

I bought a light grey Alligator Strap for my Apple Watch Ultra from the Munich store. The assistant was very helpful and I was able to choose a strap with a buckle and adapter that was a perfect match for the Titanium case of the watch.
After a few months of wear the colour changed. I emailed BandWek and they replaced the strap at absolutely no cost to me.
Excellent after sales service.
The replacement (which I have been wearing every day for several months now) is perfect and visually stunning.
It elevates the watch to a totally different level. :-)

I had been on a search for a really good leather watch band. I have ordered (from other companies) a number of different bands and all fell short.....until I found BandWerk! My leather band is beautifully made and looks really good on my watch with the red face. I love that I was able to order red hardware to compliment my watch. The contrast with the black band with white stitching is really a good combination. I highly recommend this company!

I ordered a leather band (Stockholm) and received the shipping tracking link. I was excited about the band (subtle design cues, a cool piece). For whatever reason, DHL dropped the ball (once they received my band from Bandwerk, the shipping status didn't change for several days). So, I notified Bandwerk CS and they shipped a second band via UPS (no questions asked). I received it a few days later. Naturally, I then received the original order. I notified Bandwerk CS and they emailed me a return shipping label. I shipped it back to an aggregator they use in Sarasota, Fla. No problems. I reached out to Bandwerk CS via email several times during this transaction. They were always quick to respond. Importantly, their responses were always appropriate. I have a very large wrist, so my size is custom. Bandwerk was clear about sizing on its website, so I appreciated that. The band fits me well, and the leather quality, fit and finish is excellent. I would definitely buy from this company again.
