They came out the next day as promised. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it. They explained what was wrong and what to watch for in the future. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their rates were fair. I would hire them again without hesitation, in fact, whenever I have an issue with my heating or cooling systems, B & Z will be who I call for service.
These guys were amazing from the moment we reached out to the second they left our home!! We reached out for a second opinion on our furnace and air conditioner that needed to be replaced and not only did they significantly beat the first quote we got but they were ready to help us out right away so that our family wasn’t without heat!
