Great Store. Nice Stuff.

I’m currently 6 weeks into battling for a refund on an order which never arrived. Their customer service simply ignores emails and gives very unprofessional replies. So much an awful experience.

Although I love their products, I will never purchase from their website again. Their return policies are appalling. While they advertise wanting to ensure customer satisfaction, they don't really stand by that. Recently purchased several items. Some were clearly noted as not returnable. One item was too small, a pair of short pants, and they first said they were not exchangeable, then offered two options that cost roughly 50% of the original price to effect an exchange for a larger size. Their sizing charts are off. Rather than spend another 50% of the original price (shipping and restocking fees), I opted to donate the shorts.

The clothing is such good quality and very comfortable! I wear my bangswear hoodie all the time. It arrived reasonably fast also! Definitely recommend this brand and I will be ordering again!
