We love Banjo! My child gets so excited to get his letters and loves learning about the different countries Banjo visits - and trying the recipes from all over the world! And it has really encouraged my child to write. The PS adds extra special magic!

Banjo Robinson has been a magical experience for my kids, every month! They get excited to read their Banjo letters and to write back to him.

In every respect, Banjo Robinson is incredible. The envelope is bright and attractive and my daughter is beyond excited whenever she receives them! She not only loves the inserts (very interactive, fun and exciting), but she also looks forward to receiving the interim emails as well. As an adult, the content provides many, many opportunities for learning and the language used is perfectly written. I’ve also had my first experience of their customer service today which proved very efficient, and Dory was particularly accommodating. Banjo is clearly becoming increasingly popular due to launching their new rewards system and even starting to filter out into primary schools. THANK YOU for doing everything right, Banjo Robinson - you’re awesome!

Our little girl who is 5 loves receiving her letters from Banjo. We've cooked treats from Morocco, enjoyed learning about Zimbabwe and Thailand, and of course hearing about Banjo's adventures. It is a great way to engage with the world and where countries are found on the map. Really love this and I'm so glad we have the subscription.

We absolutely love receiving our fortnightly letters from Banjo. It is so exciting for my child to receive a letter addressed to themselves. We also love to try new recipes from around the world and learn lots of interesting facts about different countries. I would highly recommend!

I've had the subscription for a while but decided to keep it for when my daughter started writing (she's just started school). She's just replied to her second letter and she is so so engaged! Little sister is also in on the action. They squeal with excitement to find their letter has disappeared from under the sofa. And wait excitedly for the postie to bring the next.

A fair bit of the content is above them as they're only 3 and 4.5. But I've just packed the letters back away for later, once we've got what we can out of it. They love learning about new places so this is a great introduction to a wide range of countries. I hope to get the letters back out, in sequence, and revisit them in more depth as they're good quality. And the online extra content is great too.

I was slightly disappointed to have signed up for a year and then seen the promo for the free soft toy with 3 month subscription. But I'm happy that 12m subscription was good value for money anyway so I'm not sore about it. We're really looking forward to a long journey with Banjo!

My experience with Banjo Robinson has been amazing! I got the first 1-month subscription for free, but found that my daughter wasn't quite interested, so I emailed them to explain this, and asked to cancel the subscription. They got back to me just the day after and cancelled it, no problem. After a little break, my daughter re-discovered the Banjo letters and map, and became interested again. I couldn't find a way to restart the subscription online, so emailed in again, and explained that my daughter was finally interested again. I was made aware of an offer of getting a soft toy with a 3 month subscription! I had to take that offer as my daughter adores Banjo. A little while later, another offer came up, for the 12 month subscription but half price! Once again, I emailed in to see if it was possible to change the subscription to a 12 month one, and this was done for me right away! We have also started taking part in their "Travel Treats" scheme, and my daughter has been so happy to receive a sticker book, stickers, an activity pack and a book so far. We're looking forward to further rewards as we level up.
Customer service has always been amazing, and I've been getting replies either just a few minutes after my email, to up to 24 hours later. So very quick replies, much better than most companies, especially big chains who you think would have the money to afford proper customer service!
Banjo Robinson is an amazing company, and I hope to be able to continue using and supporting them. Keep going guys, you're doing great!

My 7 year old daughter loves getting the letters off Banjo and writing back to him, she loves getting the emails and completing all the 'Bonus activities' as well, we have just found out shes dyslexic and its really helping her enjoy something she finds so hard usually. She loves learning about all the different countries that she might not know about otherwise and putting it to good use! I would highly recommend Banjo Robinson to anyone.

We started off just printing out free printables, but my son took so much interest in Banjo that we signed up to three months of letters. My son is 8, so at the upper end of the recommended age range, but he absolutely loves his letters, and loves to write back. He had the summer journal last summer, that he wrote in religiously, and I have gotten him the 2022 journal for Christmas as a surprise. We are now renewing with a year’s subscription!

Banjo Robinson provides a wonderful, magical writing experience for children. My daughter loves learning about all the different countries and meeting Banjo’s various cat cousins along the way. She loves using the map and stickers to find out where they are from. The staff at cat HQ are super helpful and friendly if you have any queries or problems. Highly recommended.

This has been the best purchase I have made this year! Everyday my daughter wants to check the mailbox for 'cat mail' and see if she has a response from Banjo! She loves learning about the places he goes and tracking him on her map!

My 5 year old has loved having his cat pen pal Banjo for the past 4 months and can’t wait to write more! He gets so excited waiting for his letters and doing all the extra activities in the weekly emails. He loves learning about different countries and enjoys making all the yummy recipes. Me and my 2 children (5 and 7) love our letters from banjo and all the fun activities that come with it, the weekly email activities are great. I love that it teaches them about the world and things I care about and want them to care about too like recycling and they love it that they have a little friend to chat about and post to look forward to of their very own!

Banjo has really helped my nephew with his reading and writing. I have recommended Banjo Robinson to all my friends with children as I think these letters and additional activities give children a chance to think and gain a sense of wonder about different places.

My daughter loves getting her letters from Banjo Robinson, and all the information they come with. She loves that the pa section always answers whatever she has said in her reply to him too, it’s a great touch being able to personalise this part of the letter. The company are always really helpful with queries too.

My little boy loves receiving his letters from Banjo. They always come with a few nuggets of information, as well as a recipe from each place he visits.
I love that I can add a PS message so that it feels more real and personal to him.

Our child gets excited to receive letters from Banjo Robinson, the stray cat that likes to travel the world and write of his amazing adventures. The letters are bright, colourful and encourages our child to send letters and pictures back. My child loves her Banjo plush (he is very well made) and he regularly comes with us on our adventures. Worth every penny.

My son absolutely loves receiving his letters from Banjo Robinson. We adopted a kitten for his 5th birthday last year and not long after signed up for Banjo Robinson so that he could practice his reading and writing skills as well as fostering his love for cats. The letters are so much more though - he loves learning about different countries and their culture as well as making up his own stories about Banjo's friends and family.
Subscribing to Banjo Robinson has made our son more creative with his writing and he definitely still wonders if his kitten is actually friends with Banjo! The reward scheme is a great way to ramp up the excitement between letters and we can't wait to be able to get him a Banjo teddy for Christmas this year. Thank you Banjo!

These letters are seriously helping my 2 lazy writers! Their little faces when a letter hits the doormat is priceless and as an SEN parent, it’s great to see the improvement in their writing.

This has been the best way to get my 6yo a reluctant writter to write. We look forward to hearing all of Banjos adventures, learning about the countries and making the recipes.
