I inadvertently closed the website page, but it would not allow me to log in again. I kept on seeing this 'Session Timed Out'.
Even after 4 trys, the same message reappeared. This is most irritating. On any other website including banks, one just needs to log in again with one's username and password.

Negative communication sent from M&S to Credit ref agencies.
Agreement says 3% or £5 whichever is higher on statement.
Paid 22.5%, arrived on account (Statement) in good time, 2 days before due.
Good history, paid on time and over % for years.
Account balance Nil when letter arrived.
Beware of this Banking Company
1) Do not have M&S Digital app, tried and would not work
2)Tried customer services by phone, lost over 2 hours trying to get through.
3)could not understand first advisor as garbled and distorted.
Got yet another bill, only 52p owing yet minimum payment £66.67

Generally, it’s a useful credit card, points build up & exchange for vouchers.
Paying the account is about to become more difficult as debit card payments will no longer be an option. I tried ‘pay by bank’ each transaction failed, two attempts from the two Banks I have current accounts with, not so good.

This is in addition to the below . I asked for paper statements and they have sent me last months! So I can’t get on the app and they are chasing me for payment when I don’t know how much I owe. Chaotic. Can’t wait to close. I’ve already opened another card with my bank !
The App is the reason I would advise everyone to avoid using M and s money! I could have thrown the phone out of my window with frustration. I changed my phone and the re-registration was impossible. Over and over again I photographed my id , did my selfie and was rejected again and again. By the end, I had forgotten all of my password and codes and even my own blinking name. I will cancel this card as soon as I get into the app. I don’t have time for these fools

Awful experience. No easy way to change payment options, a complicated form needs to be sumbitted with ridiculous information just to amend your direct debit. When you ask when your 0% purchase agreement ends they encourage you to wait for a letter a month or less before the end period as 'notice'. Encouraging people to accidentally pay high interest rates. Awful. Never again.

I had a problem with a purchase made using my M & S credit card. The retailer was unbelievably bad so I decided to make use of the section 75 protection I had through my credit card (as Main Lewis suggests). I have been fobbed off repeatedly by the customer services team (I am unable to call them or speak to a human) and have been receiving copy and paste replies without anyone reading my actual complaint. I expected better.

Social media gets a reply within 24hrs, I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a reply to a simple question, from the actual customer service team... I think this shows where their priorities are.

Love this app. Applied for a balance transfer in the app and money was in the account the next day. So simple and straightforward to use. By using the app I can keep tabs on my spending. Also, I can see how many months I have left to pay off the remains of the balance transfer. Therefore no late payment charges or nasty surprises. What is not to like?

It’s a bonus that you can save money with the reward vouchers which are issued on a regular basis. My credit limit was reduced when my credit rating was lowered due to a false debt claim by Vodafone. I informed Marks that the rating had been reinstated to excellent and my limit was restored.
