It‘s a beautiful design and good quality shirt but after one washing at 30 degree (as it says on the label) MANY lines and letters chipped off. It‘s so sad because I really liked it :(((

I placed an order well before Christmas and it never arrived. The tracking has shown the shipment as stalled for months — completely on the courier’s end — and Bankaii has done absolutely nothing to resolve it.

No reshipment. No refund. No store credit. Just a generic “we’ll look into it” email in January, and then radio silence.

Three months. A Christmas gift. Still missing. Still unresolved.

I’ve been a patient customer. I gave them time, I gave them options, I gave them chances. They gave me nothing back.

Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that actually delivers — literally

I bought a T-shirt as a Christmas present and it arrived with all the stamps falling off. The quality is one of the worst ever seen

Before purchasing, I had a few questions and the customer service responded very quickly, even during the weekend, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, after receiving the order I discovered an important issue with the hoodie. The bottom of the hoodie has a very tight elastic band around the hips. This measurement is not mentioned anywhere in the size chart or product description. Because of this, the hoodie feels much tighter at the bottom than expected. If you have hips, please be careful – the hoodies are clearly narrowed at the bottom, but this is not explained in the product information.
The printed image appears to be plastic. It may hold up well over time, but that remains to be seen.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the “sale” on the website seems to be permanent, which feels more like a marketing tactic than a real discount. In my opinion, the items are not worth the “original” price that is shown.
Also, returning items from the EU to Switzerland is very expensive. Customers have to pay for shipping and additional fees, which makes returns impractical. This system feels quite cleverly designed to discourage returns.
Overall, this experience was disappointing and I personally would not purchase from this store again.

My order was delivered very quickly, but unfortunately, there was a problem with it, and since then I haven't been able to get a refund or have my order returned to the depot, despite several attempts and messages telling me I would be contacted.

I ordered two shirts for my husband and myself. They were much too large (even though I had checked the size chart). The shipment came from Germany, and the return shipment has to go to Switzerland, which is very expensive. I wrote to customer service and asked if I could exchange the shirts for smaller sizes. I never received a reply. I wrote twice, wrote once on Instagram, and two comments in the feed were deleted without comment. Returning the items is not worth it because of the cost of shipping to Switzerland, and I am also afraid that the money will never be refunded. Shame on the company.

I was a bit skeptical before purchasing because there weren’t many reviews, but I’m really happy I ordered it. The fabric is excellent, the print is exactly like in the photos, and the size is accurate. I ordered a size M and it fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend it.

I ordered a shirt at Bankaii after I found them on Instagram. The shirt was not to my liking and I wanted to return the shirt. Be warned: you will not get a reply form them. The mailaddress they give you isn't even valid! Had to contact them via Paypal to get in touch with them. The case is still open, hoping Paypal can resolve this conflict. My advice? Stay away from Bankaii at all cost!

Found them on Instagram. Liked the prints, placed an order but the order never arrived and NO ONE ever replied to me.

I have no idea how to contact them as there is no email or phone number and they won't return my emails.

Just avoid it.

AI chat bot kept saying it was really good quality, but would not tell shirts supplier, turns out the size guide from supplier and bankaii don't match
Bought 3 oversized t-shirts and 2 was over 2cm to short, and they all had lots of loose threads
Many part off the webshop work as they should

Gets a star for the grafiks and that's it

The shirt is nice, but it leaves small pieces/stains on your undershirt. I’ll see if it comes out after washing.
The lack of proper communication is terrible. No one reaches out, yet they always find time to call you (send e-mail) about buying something else (if you left items in your cart, or even about the same item you already ordered and paid for), or simply to send newsletters. They will not inform you - sorry, your order will be late or just answer your question.

They were fast and everyhting is nice

I ordered a hoodie on the Bankaii web site, that I received in a week. The fabric is really good quality. I got one problem tho, the print on the hoodie was upside down. I contacted the customer service, they literally respond in 5 minutes, and they send me a correct hoodie immediately with no additional cost, that I received in less than a week. I rarely saw such reactivity from online shop. My girlfriend is really happy now!

Have an actual contact email or return policy that doesnt suck. Im trying to return my items but dont know how and your contact email doesnt work. i really feel scammed

Everything went smoothly and the quality is insanely good

I bought a zip up hoodie with Spirited Away print and love it! I followed the instructions carefully on how to wash it so the print wouldn't get damaged and it still in top shape!
The negative side is that the zipper itself is a bit rough so it doesn't easily zip and the material of the hoodie is also a bit rough, but maybe get a bit softer after few more washes. Other than that, I just love it! I can recommend and I definitely will buy again 🥰

was planning to order from Bankaii.de but decided not to after doing some research.
• The “winter sale” countdown resets every time you visit the site.
• The website says the company is based in Switzerland, but the official German registry shows it’s registered in China.
• Many reviews and social media comments look very similar and overly positive.

I didn’t place an order, but I wanted to share this for others who are thinking about buying.

The zip hoodie that I bought from Baki was made of really good material and the motif. Patients were chiros traveling. In the magic land was so beautiful, thank you very much for this good sweater.

High quality anime clothing like this is what we neeeeeed. Quick delivery with great packaging. Good managing of the website but I think you should get more athletes and gym goers to promote your stuff as the anime community is big within that area

The items that arrived were of good quality, and the support team is great as well. Definitely recommendable.
