I recommend not wasting your time and money registering with Bankera. You’ll just lose your time, money, and effort. In our case, during the initial contact we were told our business activity was acceptable, so we could register. But as a “high-risk” business type we had to pay €500 in cryptocurrency, and that €500 is non-refundable. Then came three weeks of reviews and constant requests for more and more documents. We’ve dealt with many payment services, and none asked for that much information. And, needless to say, in the end we were refused registration and they simply kept our money. So don’t repeat our mistakes— find a better payment service.

As many stated here, they developped a scam scheme. Using the regulatory rule in a distorted way to scam 500€ to everyone trying to open a bank account as a "review" fee to open the account and then refuse the account even if the company is 14 years old with 100% clean and legit business activity, they simply never perform the review, they just decide ahead the few companies they'll work with and then, they take the 500€ anyway and just automaticly decline. The KYC and AML were 100% clean from our side !!

Our cryptocurrency company opened an account with them. After we paid, they refused to open an account for us for various reasons. It has been ten months since we first submitted the information, and they have not approved us. It is simply a scam bank. If I can give it a score of 0, I think I will.

they are scammers, they block the account for two months and the money is lost. They are the same as spectrocoin...container and contents...be careful

This is terrible! They charge a fee and after 6 months they will reject your application. They don't want to have a banking business, they just check and reject!

Bankera is a basic scam. Here's how it works: they entice you to apply for a business account. Pocket the hefty application fee and then start asking for the same set of documents and information. Only the documents and information will never be enough and they will continue to ask for the same over and over until you give up. Their business is really not banking but just pocketing the fees upfront. Beware.
