Reliable Bank with Good Support

Been banking here for over a year and appreciate their consistent service. The customer support team is responsive and resolves issues promptly. Their credit card offers decent rewards and the approval process was smooth. Branch hours are convenient for my schedule. Frustrated with Poor Customer Service

My experience with this bank has been disappointing. The online banking system frequently has technical issues that take days to resolve. When I visited the branch to address problems with unauthorized fees, the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Wait times are excessive, and getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. They reversed one fee but only after multiple complaints. Considering switching to a different bank soon.

Avoid This Bank

This bank has been nothing but problems since day one. Their online system crashes frequently and mobile app is completely unreliable. They froze my account without warning over a routine transaction, leaving me stranded. Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. Interest rates are deceptive and fees are outrageous. Save yourself the headache.

Terrible Customer Service

Absolutely the worst banking experience I've ever had. Staff are rude and unhelpful, constantly giving conflicting information. I've been trying to resolve a simple account issue for three weeks with no progress. Phone wait times exceed an hour and branches are understaffed. Hidden fees appear regularly on my statements. Looking to switch banks immediately.
