Slow and Unhelpful Customer Servicey

Customer service is very slow and gives generic, copy paste answers. A different person handles the issue every time so nothing gets properly followed up.

It took them several days just to change my phone number so I could log into the app. That should be a simple fix, but they dragged it out and made it frustrating.

Such a waste of time.

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! I tried to update the address registered in my account via email. But I am feeling very frustrated and disappointed with how slow the service is. I have already submitted the form they sent and completed the required documents, but a few days later, different staff members sent me the same form, asking me to fill it out again without explaining what the issue was with the form I submitted previously. I'm very disappointed that the process is still taking too long (more than 2 weeks).

STAY AWAY!

My wife's account suddenly stopped working. Tried at the branch and with telephone support but nobody was able to fix the problem. They proposed to make a new debit card to try sorting the issue, but it didn't work, and on top of that, they asked me for money to pay for the useless new debit card. Oh, and they keep charging us the monthly fee for an account that isn't working. Stay away from this bank.
