Using Bank Norwegian Visa Credit Card in Denmark for half a decade now. They reduced the cashback programme from 1% to 0.5% which was a bit of a bummer, but all-in-all still nice to get money back... See more

The worst experience
I have 2 other credit cards, this bank had the most complicated processes compared to others. You need to cancel your credit card in written letter. Who does that in 2023?
There are hidden costs that comes after openning the account
Denied my credit card application when…
Denied my credit card application when I have a stellar credit score. Dont bother
Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever!
Don’t recommend them at all! I made the mistake of opening a savings account in their shi**y bank, basically you can transfer money to their bank, but if you need your money, or want to transfer it to another bank’s account, it will take weeks! They ask you why you are taking money out of your own account, what are you spending it on, where did it come from, (no one asks you these when you transfer money to their bank) but to take your own money out seems impossible! No one answers any of your questions! There’s no customer service in English either on their website, app, or phone calls! No one provides you with any useful information! They just reply to your emails politely without actually helping you! Their emails wind up in your junk folder! Such a shi**y company! DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE INTEREST RATES! Stay away from them!
Quite a disappointing experience with…
Quite a disappointing experience with this so called ’bank’. Interest is high, and repayments are structured in a way that you’ll pay all the interest up front before paying any significant amount off your debt. You are charged for almost everything and not a very compassionate company to deal with. I.e. Having reasonable discussions around settling a debt. Don’t do it basically. If you work for Norwegian Bank, perhaps you should work for a company who cares!
Too much automatization
Too much automatization illogic conclusions. Who trust only on computers is unable to think.
Zero Star
I live in Sweden. I would not even give this a star. Their insurance does not work and is only for marketing purposes. I have tried it two times for two actual cases and has not worked at all. The way they investigate the cases is very not Norwegian and therefore I do not recommend this bank and their card and their insurance to anyone.
Worse bank
My account blocked from two weeks ago due to checking my transactions.
I sent them my proofs and reasons regarding my transactions but the bank does not care and still I am not able to work with my account.
Ridiculous business decision.
Not able to use my Norwegian card to pay money into my stock trading account because it's illegal in Norway!?!?!?!
This is Denmark, not Norway. I have since been spending huge amounts using my Mastercard for paying money in to my trading account.
Only for specific nationalities
It won’t allow me create a card with a Romanian nationality. Changed to danish, same settings and it worked. Don’t worry, I closed it immediately. I anyway don’t want to use such a company.
I've used the card for a few months…
I've used the card for a few months now, and will cancel it now. You get very little points back in reality, and the hassle is just not worth it. Example is the pbs which will only take minimum amount, (3% or min 300), you then have to remember to pay the rest or pay 19.99% interest rates (yikes).
Now I just paid said bill, it then doesn't state anywhere on it when it should actually be paid by. I know there should be up to 45 days interest free credit, but nowhere is this found...I know because I had a real good look. So use with caution, not worth the hassle, all tricks are used for you to pay more.
What a lousy "bank"
What a lousy "bank"

No answer from kundeservice
Cold statement : "take it or leave it"
I left ASAP took over 3 days to get all my money back by yhe way. Cost me a lot of thousands
So my recomend is STAY OUT
Stay far away from these scammers
I have been trying to withdraw my own money for some time now but they keep coming up with excuses for not to give them back to me. It has so far cost me several car deals. My only recourse now is to contact my lawyer. Stay far away from this fake Bank if you want to be in control of your own money.
