First of all I don’t understand why this bank even ask for a single star!!!
I would just suggest you one thing don’t go for this bank there’s a lot of bank in this world but don’t go for this.
They deducted my money without even informing me and without any valid reason.
This bank is shxxtt soon going to deactivate my ac.

I went to Bank of Baroda branch to open an NRI account and submitted the relevant documents. I was told that my account will be up and running in week so did wait, kept phoning and made couple of visits with very unsatisfactory service till today my account is not up and running, no debit card which was promised, no internet banking eventually got fed up and wrote to Branch manager couple of times not interested having account still hoping to hear from.
Please do not have any dealings with this bank.

I have my overseas subsidiary company account in BOB , dubai . Worst bank . Pathetic service . Its a nightmare dealing with them .

Less than 1 star. Bank of Baroda branch in India and branch in City Road London worked together to steal/support theft. Despite it being the 21st century with laws and regulations, the police, Financial Services Ombudsman (UK) and Financial Conduct Authority (UK) are helpless. Baroda UK's 3 Chief Executives failed to reply, after senior staff formally assured the Financial Services Ombudsman (UK) that they would deal with the matter. The UK government stepped in to help UK customers when the Bank of Iceland stole their money, but not customers of Bank of Baroda. Why? DO NOT RISK ANY INVOLVEMENT WITH THE BANK OF BARODA.

I got cheat on my wire transfer which I did from usd to inr. Bob cut 1.30 paisa on rate while I did in nri account.
Same day my frnd did in icici bank a wire transfer and got cut only .60 paisa while he did in saving. He didn't have nri account
So I am extreamly shocked with this. I will close my account soon.

THIS BANK CHEATS A LOT WITH CUSTOMER.I HAD TAKEN DIGITAL LOAN AT THAT TIME EMI AMOUNT SHOWING SOMETHING ELSE BUT EXTRA AMOUNT IS GETTING DEDUCTED SEPARATELY EVERY MONTHS

BANK OF BARODA SURAT SARTHANA BRANCJ CDM MACHINE VERY BAD NOT DIPOSITED MONEY THERE BECASUSE THIS CDM MACHINE IS MONEY ACCEPT BUT NOT DIPOSITED IN OUR ACCOUNT AFTER THAT WE WILL COMPLAIN AND WAIT FOR MANY DAYS FOR RESOLUTION

Useless Bank.
I have my account with them for over 25yrs and want to close the account, but have been told by stupid people to go to my branch in Porbandar yet I leave in UK, or visit local branch in UK, spoke to Leicester branch and been told to speak to Porbandar branch.
To get my £90 they expect me to visit Porbandar branch, what a joker they are🙄
The world has moved on with digital communication whereas they can’t even move their backs to answer phone calls.
Just downloaded their so called “App”
and it doesn’t work, requested 6 times for OTP and still asking same questions.

Very bad experience at Malad West Mumbai branch.
These banks are running on Tax payers money and they treating customers as their servant.
I appeal to all never ever open account in Bank of Baroda in your life. And if you have one then close it down

They must have hire NZ staff, they are thinking that they can give service as compared to NZ banks, they are thinking wrong, they are not even their meet 1% customer service. Never recommended to anyone open their account in Baroda Bank specially in New Zealand. Worst worst experience, For just re activate account, they advised me to visit 2 times and now its 28 days still make lame excuses. Please be aware if you happy to take that hassle then open the account in Bank of Baroda NZ.

BOB is earning money through accepting applications (Rs 10030 per application) and not passing loans on basis of idiotic reasons quoted by their legal panel. This had happened with many people. Dont go by their attractice offers and think twice

BOB is the worst people to bank with. I live in the UK and I went to India to withdraw my FD which my uncle had issued for me, however he has passed away. I went to my village to get money out. Were the people in Sunav helpful? Not at all, firstly I had to open account in a small village ,which I am not likely to go and secondly when I demanded they issue me a DD so that I can open a account in Baroda,as I am most likely to visit Baroda city, the bank manager in Sunav refused as the FD had not matured yet. I was willing to pay the fine for early withdrawal and still he refused. Now I am back in the UK and stuck with what to do.

Worst customer service, the staff doesn't understand English, and they have no manners. They speak broken English and are not willing to listen to their customers. We definitely will not be banking with them anymore.

I can not recommend bank of baroda.My account is in Sangamner branch. I am facing very bad experience about staff and customer care serviceprovider. I myself blocked netbanking account for safety one month ago. Then after somedays I asked customer care to unblock account and mam said your account is unblocked. After I went to bank of baroda manikbaug branch, pune for withdrawal due to urgency but they said your account is blocked. Again I contact to customer care to unblock account, but they said you go to your home branch. Due to some reason I can't go to home branch.I send e-mail to unblock but not replied. So today I make phone call to unblock but they did not response.

Bank of Baroda staff is not cooperative, not helpful and most of the time they wanted to delegate their work to someone else.

The Manager is not customer friendly and often ignores them. What is is concern is more of BOB other business like insurance and RD & FD and emphasis on the same , rather then customer welbeinness.

I would recommend Bank of Baroda. The minimum balance requirement is very low, No unnecessary charges, the mobile banking app BOB World is the best in class, you will get a lot of features in it like instant personal loans, CIBIL check, opening fd/rd online, and lot more.
Account will be opened instantly in Tab, so no waiting time. Also as on date the rate of interest which they are offering on housing loan, car loan and other MSME and personal loan is the lowest in the industry.

Bank of baroda, Sunkadkatte branch, bangalore is worst among all branch. No queue system. No one respond properly not even manager and the employees. If I try to inform issues to manager he always ask me have you take any banking exam to understand bank terms and make us feel poor by saying 4 lakh transaction is going on and car loans are going on. We won't get any money from your account etc... Vijay bank manager and employees are better compare to bank of baroda peoples. I visited this bank for 5-6 times till now I am unable to convert my bank account. Don't know where my money gone. No one is giving properly information. After waiting 1/2 an hour if we ask any information they will told us to go there here 😠. Not even worth a star. The manager is racist.

If there is zero star I would happily give it to them. I have an NRO account. They debit froze my account saying no Aadhar card was provided. Despite explaining to them that people who DON'T have an Indian Passport AND live overseas do not get an Aadhar card, they keep parroting "We have been instructed to debit freeze accounts without Aadhar card by our Head Office" The prize for the most unthinking people goes to BoB. Thanks Uncle Bob, will never ever make the mistake of stepping into your bank. Wrote off INR 10000/-

Continuosly deducting money from my account for so and so charges, without even informing or sending a message. It's better not to keep balance in it's account
