Don't even know if they want to deliver product or not pathetic experience,
After this review, they bother to call and told me that this product is not available or they have some 2G phone with them.
But if this is the case atleast you can tell me in advance. Extremely disappointed.( My apologies for inconvenience , it's my fault to place order)

I ordered a Chromecast
I ordered a Chromecast, my order was accepted and then cancelled without any explanation. I tried emailing, and got no response. The phone on the website also did not connect. I was wondering if the site was genuine, as I had never used it before. After I posted this review, I got a call from the company to apologise for not sending me any information on the reason for the cancellation. I truly appreciate the call. I do believe they had genuine out of stock issue. However, they need to improve their customer service
