I couldn't make a decision and said we would return after Christmas.
We returned today and choose a Tag Heuer which I'd tried Christmas Eve and Sam was most helpful again

Samantha really took the time with me whilst purchasing a new time piece. She really went the extra mile to ensure we explored all possible brands and options so that the watch I purchased was perfect. Bought my first watch in here
I was a newbie to watches and Aziza really helped me a lot on getting the right watch. The whole experience is superb. I ordered late however the shop was able to deliver the watch to me securely with surprisingly free gifts. Have to say bank Lyons will definitely be my choice when I saved up for my next watch!

Banks Lyon were friendly and gave me good advice when buying my engagement ring
Banks Lyon were great when I went in to look at engagement rings. As a complete novice they really made me feel welcome and gave me some advice which was really helpful.
When I was shopping around I found going into some shops really intimidating, but not in Banks Lyon thanks to Samantha and Tom.

Ruby was just wonderful from start to finish. I had my ring reset with a design modification on the original theme. Communication was brilliant and I had a bit of a deadline which was even beaten! My reset diamonds now have such a lot of lovely sparkle and I’m thoroughly enjoying having my ring back! Thank you
