I keep one virtual card strictly for free trials and online subscriptions, and another for regular shopping. If a site looks questionable, I just delete the virtual card and issue a new one.

Swapped from my legacy bank main account. Modern UI, better rates, no random monthly maintenance fees.
Locked €10,000 into the Fixed Saver at 10.8% for 12 months. The contract terms were transparent rate is fixed at account opening, and priority support responded within 3 minutes when I had a question about interest distribution dates.

As a contractor handling payments in different currencies having everything in one account makes things much easier. I also like being able to set spending limits on separate virtual cards for business subscriptions it gives me extra peace of mind.

Good app overall minimum entry thresholds for fixed savings (€5,000 for Smart Saver, €10,000 for Fixed) might be a bit steep for students or early career workers.

My salary drops in, and before the week starts I can categorize upcoming recurring payments and allocate what’s left into my Flex Saver. Seeing expected bills queued up visualizes my actual disposable income much better than my old bank app ever did.

Dedicated spaces for monthly bills vs fun money stop me from accidentally spending rent money on weekends. Exactly what I needed.

Deposited into the Premium Saver tier (€50k 24 month lock). The 13.2% yield is easily top tier but what actually sold me was having a dedicated account manager who helped walk through the preferential FX options for my international transfers. Everything feels tailored without being overly corporate.

Had a suspicious charge pop up on an online store late at night. Froze the virtual card directly from the notification prompt within seconds. Generating a fresh virtual card took two taps. Zero hassle.

Used BankWells while moving between London and Berlin last month. Having visible multi currency spaces made keeping track of spending super clear. Did not get hit with surprising FX markups either.

Moved €5k into the Smart Saver plan for the 9.6% monthly yield. The 6 month lock in period is a fair trade off for that return though I recommend keeping emergency funds in the Flex Saver instead. The auto top up rules make passive saving pretty low friction.

Needed a secondary account to keep spending separate from my main bills. The instant virtual card feature was active right after signup so I was able to buy my train ticket before the physical card even arrived in the post. Clean app interface so far.

Swapped between Euros and minor currencies on the go while travelling without dealing with shady airport exchange kiosks. Rates updated live without delays.

Solid security controls, fast app, high savings rates. Does what it says.

Biometric authorization for transfers over a certain amount adds an extra layer of comfort. App feels secure without being clunky.

The 13.2% yield on Premium Saver sounded almost too high at first glance, but it requires a 24-month lock and €50k minimum, which makes financial sense for long-term structured funds. Great option if you have capital to park, but make sure you don't need liquidity for those two years.
