Clothing sizes are off and zips don't work
Clothing sizes are off, ordered two pairs of trousers in the same style and the same size and one of them wouldn't even zip halfway, despite being labelled exactly the same and having the same measurements on the site. Sent those trousers back immediately. Should have sent the other pair back too, as the zip won't fully go up. I have had 2 skirts from this brand and they also have the same issue with the zips, I won't be bothering again since the clothes aren't wearable.
Very disappointed..
Very disappointed... Made an order 5 items 4 out of stock! Took over a week and me me contacting them. Items still showing in stock on the website. Needed help with password, got nowhere 🥺 so now waiting 4/5 days for refund and not getting my order, would not recommend this website at all bad service no trust in what's on the site. Don't buy from them😡
Excellent Customer Service
My wife bought a Banned Apparel coat about ten years ago, which had black and pink rabbit ears secured to the hood with buttons. She recently gave it to our 13-year-old daughter as it suits her perfectly and I told her not to wear it to school as it was special. So, of course she wore it to school and lost one of the ears!
I found an email address for Banned and asked if they stocked replacement ears, fully expecting to find out that they didn't as I don't think they make the coat any more (I might be wrong), but it was worth a try.
To cut to the chase, I have received two replacement rabbit ears today free of charge! That is the best customer service I have had in a very long time, perhaps ever, and I'm not even a customer... Yet. These guys are definitely on my radar for future clothing purchases!

2 of 3 orders completely wrong
I've bought from here 3 times (June 2021 and 2 in July 2021). The first time was great, my order was shipped fast and was accurate. Then the second time when I opened my package I was missing 2 skirts and I received one that I didn't even order. My third order arrived the same week and it was completely wrong as well. I received the correct pants I ordered, but I also ordered a hair snood and it wasn't in the package. They sent me a checkered hat and a blue bolero that I didn't even order. I find it strange that 2 orders were so messed up and they were sending me items I didn't even order. I am scared to order again. The clothing brand is great and I love it, but the warehouse workers don't know what they are doing. I'll just buy banned clothing from a different vendor.
