Banning Dental Group & Skin Clinique 

My son recently had his orthodontic treatment at Banning Dental Leighton Buzzard the service was outstanding from the first consultation with the dentist and his nurse to the very helpful chat with their treatment coordinator who explained and helped with everything. Highly recommend 10/10 service

The staff at Tower Hill appear more focused on their phones and chatting than on assisting patients or responding to emails. After speaking with Melissa, I still had to send four emails just to receive a simple statement of account.

It’s extremely frustrating dealing with a team that seems untrained and unclear about their responsibilities. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is unacceptable.

Again why should I have to write a bad review it’s been nearly 2 months since my last apointment said my Invisalign was to finish. again not happy not straight thy said they would contact me for theeth bonding ??and root canal whitening ??did not contact me only contacted me when I gave the last review to say sorry and would give me a better retainer complementary and they would be in contact asap ?? About my threatment again no contact . This is a terrible service again I would not recommend them it’s like I have been scammed in to this to get my money off me . I have been left in the dark .. they should have at least contacted me about my treatment what’s happening it’s not complying with the goods of service act DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with banning .i would have given a good review if they contacted me and explained ???????

I've been seeing Dr. Dooroo Ihm at Banning Dental for a couple of years now and am extremely happy with everything they've done for me. The majority of my teeth are heavily filled and all of them started to require new attention. Banning has been amazing at navigating the balance between doing what needs to be done and the cost associated with it. I've never felt that they were upselling me anything and I've always been explained honestly what work is urgent and what we could potentially leave until later etc. We're coming up to the second root canal and 7th crown and although the dentistry is costly, Banning is definitely on the cheaper side compared to others in London. They do offer payment plans for those that require, are very helpful with the insurance side of things as well.

They have recently opened a new location in Tower Hill where Dr. Dooroo has moved to and I'm pleased enough with them that I've moved to this location with them.

Recently had a tooth implant procedure over the course of 4 months as needed some bone grafting too. Abdul, the dentist was brilliant. He was polite, friendly and most importantly reassuring throughout my time there. He kept me regularly informed of what was happening and at no point did I feel worried about any of the treatments. Would thoroughly recommend.

Completed my treatment of Invisalign followed by composite veneers. Sameera was excellent from start to finish - always very professional and informative. All the staff at Banning are always friendly and helpful. They appear to have embedded a great culture which makes it a breeze to visit. Special mention for Sameera though for achieving great results for me. I'll be recommending Banning going forward to family and friends.

Professional service from front desk to all departments. Sal Aloush and Molly made a great team and the end result is fantastic. Extremely pleased and wish I had the work done years ago. Well done the Chestfield branch and Thankyou again.

Horrible experience still waiting after 9 nine months for my final set of implants i have been mistreated very badly i have paid nearly £17000 there’s absolutely no response from the management at all there’s a huge internal problem within this company So People U Need To be Aware of this

I recently had composite bonding done with Ruslan Mansurov and had a really good experience. The treatment was completed faster than other dentists I had enquired with. They are very efficient and if I was ever unsure of something I felt comfortable enough to say so. Myself and the dentist were both in agreement with what needed changing etc and I made it clear what I wanted and Ruslan reassured me that the smile would not look fake and would be perfect. Everything from start to finish was very clear and explained well. If I needed to change an appointment last minute the staff were very accommodating and changed this for me. If something happens to my composites I am covered for 2 years with them too.

My partner had a consultation at Banning Canning Town and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We would not recommend this practice. The dentist seemed rushed and came across as rude, which made the appointment feel uncomfortable.
We would also advise avoiding Dentist Fatallah for Invisalign treatment. The administrator was quite pushy and didn’t take the time to properly explain the treatment or explore different options with us.

Had a teeth cleaning with Ruslan, very professional and focused. Made the experience light and fun and my teeth were shiny like pearls :)

Started Invisalign with Banning Group and I got charged complex package when my teeth was a mild case. They didn’t complete treatment and said this was all they could do. They couldn’t even do the lower arch properly. I also got 4 small fillings done here and it was poorly done and it’s sticking out, so close to my other tooth so flossing has become difficult. Honestly this place is a nightmare. They forced me to end the treatment early despite saying I’m not happy with the results. They gave me some cheap retainer at the end of the treatment and it cut off circulation on my gums and led to cuts so I had to trim it myself. Save your money go somewhere else. These people don’t care about your teeth they’re in it for the money.

Came back for a second treatment with the Doctor Ruslan very Happy with the results 100% recommendable

Saw Dr Dimitri at Banning dental for a check up and polish. He was very kind. Professional and understanding . I have. Had breast cancer which.i am still recovering from and he took the time to.listen to me about my recent treatment.He explained about my treatment plan.for new aligners, which.would be ready to.collect in.two.weeks time from the leighton.buzzards branch. I have been seeing Dr Dimitri for several.years now and I think.He is the best dentist that i.have ever been seen.by. He always listens to.you and is very helpful and kind and deals with any concerns that you may have. I am a nervous patient but he puts my.Kind at ease. All the staff at canning town are lovely, friendly and polite.They are the best!

Just had my first ever hygienist appointment this morning! Somehow I have managed to avoid the hygienist for my entire life and have now managed to develop a phobia of the equipment. The hygienist I saw this morning put me at ease immediately, didn’t rush and explained everything in detail. Lovely dental nurse was very kind too and these two are an absolute credit to the practice. Have booked my next appointments and definitely lost some of the fear now!

I was seen at the Chestfield branch as an emergency as I had a split tooth They were able to see me very quickly and the dentist quickly ascertained that it needed extraction. This was done swiftly and painlessly with great assistance from dental nurse Phoebe who put me totally at my ease. An appointment that I was dreading could hardly have gone better. Very professional, clinic was first class and all staff helpful and polite This was my first visit and so far, I m delighted with my treatment .Kingston has a nice clean and new clinic badly needed in this area
