Bought a t-shirt. Arrived okay. But the size was little big so asked for an exchange. Received the exchanged package, opened it, it was filled with torn plastics. Sent them the picture. They accused me of doing fraud for a 800 rupees t-shirt. They told me they will share packaging video, but they never did.
I ordered a t-shirt for my husband for our anniversary he loved the t-shirt the only thing that was wrong was the size was a little bigger than I expected but other than that everything was ok

Recently ordered a shirt that was advertised on facebook by mistake i asked to return it for a refund as the shirt is still in the bag and i was in so many words told no refund and no return. No reason why it cannot be either as the shirt is not a custom order it is a design they advertised. Then i get emailed back with a no reply email so i had to do a whole new claim just to get an answer but regardless my buissnes will never go to this company i have ordered from many orher shirt companies who work with customers not just take my money.
