What can I say! I have had the most amazing care pre, post and during my time with Baran Kul and his team.

I researched for a good year and saw amazing results he had given other women, and his scar placement and technique was incredible. I wanted a 360 lower body lift; and the way he makes the scar on the bottom is just perfect and enhances your natural shape. I booked 8 months before my surgery date and counted down patiently during covid! I sent so many messages to Burak and he was always prompt and happy to respond!

Landed in Istanbul and was taken directly to the hospital with Irfan. He is an absolute darling, lovely man! Had my blood test and Covid test and then was taken to the hotel.

We stayed at the bricks. 5 star, beautiful hotel, amazing food (the cafe is incredible!!) and great staff. We’re always attentive and room service was prompt and efficient.

On the day of operation I was taken with Irfan and signed all paperwork with him, (His English is perfect).. and more with the hospital translator. I paid my money and was taken to the room (incredible room!!!) where I had pre op photographs And cannulated before Baran Kul came to see me.

He spent a good hour with me discussing my expectations, in depth even drawing me photos of what was happening and what he thought he could achieve from my body.. he then spent a further 30-40 mins drawing on my body - he is a perfectionist (and who doesn’t want that with a surgeon?!)

He is very warm, friendly, and you feel at ease immediately. Obviously he went through all the risks of surgery, and left me to see me in theatre!

I was given a light sedative before leaving the room (I don’t even remember it! But I was very happy and jolly!)

The next thing I woke up in recovery and asked if Baran managed to do my arms. (He explained before that surgery has risks and if he didn’t deem it safe he wouldn’t continue).. and he had (yay!)

I had a 360 lower body lift, lipo to back, flanks and stomach, muscle repair, mons lift and an arm lift and lipo!

He removed a large portion of skin (3kg) and 4l of fat. I could see the results immediately! Even with all the swelling!

The team in hospital are amazing - saadet and Emir - very loving, caring, and Saadet made me feel like a loved sister rather than a patient.

I felt very sick but genuinely felt no pain while there - whatever was in the drips did the job and not once did I ask for pain relief (I expected a lot!) I did however ask for anti emetics constantly and the nurses got that for me (as muscle repair is sore if you cough/vomit!)

I was showered by the nurses, and up and walking on day 2.

I needed some blood in the operation and the team were so efficient and quick at organising this - and I genuinely feel that I couldn’t have had better care!

I was discharged after 2 nights in hospital, and back to the hotel. Transfer was smooth and the hotel had a wheelchair for me to use. It was great being able to use it to hold to walk around the hotel; or sit in and move with my legs! You’re quite hunched over after muscle repair for a while so it eased the lower back ache!

Nupel the nurse came to visit daily to check wounds, change dressings and give advice, she was very caring and gentle - and even now 4 weeks on is still messaging for updates and giving advice.

Again the hotel were very accommodating with extra pillows (I had 12 - to myself lol) and the leakage I produced, and they couldn’t have done anymore!

I have had contact from Burak, irfan, Nupel and Baran Kul himself since being home, and genuinely feel that I couldn’t have asked for better care, or a better experience. I will be back next year for my thighs!!!

Thankyou for changing my life, and making me feel “normal” and happy in myself for the first time in 20 years...

I am just back from baran kul clinic having had a 360. I'm very happy with results. Everything went very smoothly from pick up from the airport (a lovely mini van was waiting, I received a text when I landed with details) went straight to hospital for covid test and bloods, hospital is stunning. Then onto hotel which again is stunning. Picked up Monday morning for surgery. Dr kuls team is fantastic with communication always on hand. Dr kul himself is such a nice person, he puts you at ease. He is very honest, realistic and great at listening at your expectations. His team is great they came every day to change my dressings and help me shower. His nurses are so gentle sadett is such a gentle soul and is so warming. Emir is the male nurse who speaks perfect English so great to ask him and questions. I can't wait to go back for more surgery and would recommend to anyone I can't imagine going anywhere else abroad now. Aftercare is also spot on having to send pictures every day and receive feedback on my wounds. Which are all healing so well, Dr baran kul does the neatest stitching and scars are very low easy to hide.

The Baran Team have this experience down to a fine art. All of the team have specific tasks and were available 24/7 for anything you may need. Highly recommend

I traveled from UK to visit Dr Baran Kul for Rhinoplasty. He and his team were professional throughout and made me feel as though I was part of the family. Everything is taken care of for you..you just need to turn up. I am now 3 weeks post op and my nose looks better day by day. The aftercare is also second to none. I am still receiving texts and advice now. I would highly recommend using him for your treatments. Thank you Dr Baran Kul and your amazing team.

Very good experience, the surgeon is very experienced and is confident in what he is doing. His team of surgical nurses are very very kind and welcome you like family. Nurse Nupel is super friendly and constantly checks up on you which meant a lot to me. Was my first ever surgery and I was super nervous but the environment you are in makes you feel safe. I am 3 weeks post op and I already love the results and can definitely breathe better!

Start to finish, from booking the date to getting there for surgery to retuning home. I had the best experience! could not fault them at all. My experience was great I travelled with my daughter who also made the experience nothing short of brilliant. The day of surgery I met the man himself (Dr Baran) and he was a breath of fresh air. I felt so comfortable with him that I knew I made the right decision. He said I was bubble full of joy and made him laugh lol he also said his spirit took to me and that doesn't happen often. After he marked me up he said that I might not be able to achieve what I wanted as he thinks that I may have been carrying fat also around the inner part around my lungs but he will do his best to get it down as much as possible. Immediately after surgery and recovery he came straight to see me with a massive smile on his face to say he was able to achieve what I wanted and it turns out that it was more some sort of gas and air (I had several csec, so that could have cause it). He came back later that day and sat with both me and my daughter even bought us starbucks (I didn't feel for any as I was still abit tired from the surgery) but my daughter had and he sat with her and was telling her how wonderful it was to operate on me with minimal bruising. He was extremely happy too about the BL(breast lift) he did (so am I too). The 2 nights in hospital was amazing too and can not fault the team. They knew exactly when to come to top up my meds so I'm not in any pain during the night. I'll never forget one of the night nurse came in and said "this one has 2 medicine and the other is for tummy" meaning something to help with the sickness lol The day of the final check up I had my dressing changed. I also want to thank his female surgical nurse (I think she works with him in the theatre, can't remember her name) but she was the only one that could change my dressings without me feeling it, she also came in a few time while I was in the hospital and was feeding me saying I need to eat for strength, bless her ❤️
Also want to thank Barak, Irfan, the other 2 guys (Barun surgical team), Nupel the aftercare nurse who helped wash me and changed my dressings and check up on me even after back home aswell as well as our main chauffeur driver (abit disappointed he didn't drop us back at the airport as I was going give him a good tip for putting up with us after moving hotel (we decided to stay longer). I am healing atm and can see a big difference, the swelling has gone down and I am keeping up with my lymphatic massage recommended by the team. So far so good with no complications.
Dr Kul if you are able to read this I would like to say a big thank you for giving me back my body and self confidence, I was truly confident in knowing I was in the best care/hands and I don't think I couldn't have gotten a better results elsewhere.
I also would like to add while I was in the hospital they put this thing on my feet/legs to prevent blood clott and swelling on my legs! I did not have any swelling whatsoever on my leg/feet I even travelled home on the plane without my compression and still didn't have any swelling.

Hi just wanted to review my experience with baran kul in Istanbul,so i originallly made contact through WhatsApp and spoke to burak (love him) he is so helpful and will answer any question any time im sure he doesn't sleep🤣, I sent pictures and was advised which surgery was best for me which I totally agreed with and was very happy with the price! So i had a 360 lower lift surgery on the 13th August, flew out on 11th, all I had to do was book my flights everything else was included in my quote, when I landed I had a message letting me know where to wait for my driver, i was collected and taken straight to hospital for bloods and covid test, i had a co-ordinator with me who spoke English and explained everything, then taken to hotel which was lovely and super helpful, room was fab .. following day i met anesthetist then had a free day before surgery. Day of surgery i had consultation with baran who talked with me and my husband for an hour absolute diamond man, made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, I was photographed and drawn on ready for surgery then signed the paperwork, after prep ( canular, socks gown ect) I went to theater and I got myself upset just with nerves and one of barans team held my hand and wiped my tears, i dont think he knows what this ment to me, having 5 kids at home i become super nervous, i needn't of worried I came round with a successful surgery, i was topped up with pain meds, food was brought in for me and my hubby and was checked on constantly. Baran came to see me which was lovely! My dressings where changed every day and I was happy as soon as I saw my new body. After 2 night's I was collected and taken to the hotel where I ordered room services and rested ( was sent with pain meds) I was seen by baran the day before i flew home, he is honestly such a lovely man. I've had surgery before in UK (bypass and boobs) and can honestly say going with barankul was one of the best decisions I've made, everyone were fantastic i absolutely love them all and felt like part of there family, i am so so happy with how things are turning out ( I'm still swollen and sore) but wow. Nupel the aftercare nurse messages me all the time to check how i am and will answer anything I ask! The nurse that was there for my consultation is one of the nicest people ever she is so sweet ❤. Everyone I met where fab and can't wait to go back for thighs and arms next year. Thank you so much barankul and team 🥰

From the moment I enquired about my procedures the whole staff have been amazing constant line of communication 5* hospital dr Baran kul was fantastic explained everything and made me feel at ease my after care has been better than I could of hoped in and once I was discharged his nurses really do take care of you any worries or concerns you have is no problem for them even when you get back to the U.K. they are constantly checking in which for me has been great

Dr BaranKul and his team were amazing. The service and overall treatment experience was great and I would definitely recommend their clinic.

I'm 3'ish weeks post op from a tummy tuck, huge muscle repair, breast lift and augmentation and I cannot describe how happy I am with the results. I spent months researching other clinic and I know I 100% made the right right choice to come to Dr. BK.

To call him a 'plastic surgeon' is an insult - he's a body construction genius. I truly believe that no one else could have constructed my new body.

From start to finish the service was exemplary and totally professional. Burak (the coordinator) is endlessly patient and appears to be always available to answer questions (even the silly one - like when I post operatively thought my partner had gone missing! somehow Burak located him and reassured me that he was OK and en route)!

The transfers from airport/hospital/hotel in private vehicles were always exactly on time and as described which gave me great confidence and reassurance. The hospital is modern and way beyond my expectations.
Irfan translates and patiently helps with paperwork and making sure you know exactly what is going on. Simply everything is incredibly well managed.

Dr. BK's calm demeanour, humour and obvious expertise made me feel safe and cared for as a human being, not just a 'customer'. I felt he really wanted the best outcome for me and he was totally honest about what was realistic. And his surgical staff are just awesome - I felt they genuinely cared about ME.

Post Op I had lymphatic drainage massage in my hotel room with Yusa. And post op Nurse Nupel visited to inspect wounds, change dressings and help with personal care. Both of them are gentle kind professional people who speak excellent English.

Every person on the team had a gentle calm demeanour with lots of smiles and humour. Just awesome people!

I genuinely felt that I had become part of a family and cried when I left the hotel to return home. But no sooner had I got home Nupel was messaging to check I was OK and to get daily updates on wounds etc. To me this was immensely reassuring as it was scary to get home and feel alone without the medical support.

I loved the fact that I met a dedicated team who were with me throughout the whole procedure and are invested in a happy future outcome for me.

If you are concerned about going abroad for surgery, I highly recommend you go to Dr. BK and his team. They treat you like you are treasured family and you won't regret your decision. I only wish I'd gone years ago. I LOVE my new body!

I am so thrilled and pleased to have undergone a rhinoplasty and breast Implant surgery with BaranKul clinic. The entire team has been super helpful and comforting through every step of the way. The pre-operation arrangements and the after care was outstanding. This is the second time my family have used their service and I would definitely recommend it.

Well where do i start.... Burak amazing co-ordinator always available on whatsapp so supportive, picked up from the airport VW transporter, amazing transfer, straight to the hospital to meet Ifran, for Covid test and blood test. Next check in to Bricks hotel - amazing lovely hotel! So comfortable.

Surgery day, wowed by the hospital, platinum grade (starbucks and restaurant) amazing so high tech, lovely private room. Gowned up and forms signed. Then met Baran Kul - so so down to earth and honest, managing expectations, he listens and gives his opinion, i have still work to do after surgery which i know. None of this was rushed (Emir on his team is lovely). Honestly he cares how you feel.

Hour later surgery time, then woke up Lol. Nothing was too much pain relief was timely, just had to press buzzer. I was very sickly and anti sickness jab didnt work for me, but all the nurses kept an eye on me. Slept lots... and got me up and moving - Emir supporting me all the way.

Once discharged back to the hotel, met Nupel the aftercare nurse, she went thru medication and changed dressings, she is available on whatsapp all the time as any of the team are. Then met the lovely Yuşa the physio for my massage i had booked in a package (these were so relaxing).

At my final discharge, i went to Barans clinic - all so lovely, clean and high tech, he was pleased with my healing and got my fit to fly certificate.

Overall an amazing experience, i am only 10 days post op and can See the difference already and look forward to healing fully.

I am 1 week 1 day post op and I can already tell a difference in what I had done. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction and removed old implants new in. My whole experience has been amazing.Nothing is to much trouble to send messages to DR Baran Kul team and responding in minutes.

From the moment me and partner stepped of the plane to being collected, taken to the hospital for bloods and the coronavirus test. The day of surgery was a very emotional one by far loads running round in your head to know if you had made the right decision. However after sitting talking to Dr Baran Kul settled my fears.

I knew I still had a little weight to lose and he explained perfectly clear I had to work on getting my perfect result too team effort. I will say I now can see my feet tho ha ha. I had previously had a boob job under the muscle but knew my last surgoen in the uk had messed it up. DR kul certainly had his work cut out with them, however he asked what size implant I wanted and made me aware he would try different sizes. I woke up to the Dr telling me he had got 700cc in which made my day. I have a lot of bruising due to so much repair on my muscle and boobs but I can say a week out of surgery they are exactly what I wanted and love them already.
The tummy tuck and liposuction however is and was hard i never knew the real pain of it. I thought i had 2 c-sections this be a breeze no by far it wasn't. The hospital staff kept me on pain killers and they helped me loads keep the pain away. I no longer take pain killers as the pain is just not there more sore. My scar and belly button is amazing neat and tidy work. I have a fmaily friend nurse come in every day to help me clean the scars and she has never seen something so neat and amazing. Once you left hospital have a nurse come in and hands up to this lady so helpful and honest. Helps you shower washes your hair and so gentle when changing your wound dressings. Very helpful and polite. Every day even when home i message the nurse show her my scars and responds within minutes. Such a credit to the Baran team.
I really can not say anymore the whole team are caring, amazing people. I really like Dr Baran Kul look he can give and honesty. I knew I made the right decision once meeting with him and talking through my expectations and to what he can give me. 110% wouldn't use anyone in the uk ever again. This man and his team have changed my life for the better in just a week I can not be thankful enough to them all. Thank you so much to you all ❤

Felt groggy after surgery but Ok. Transferred back to hotel after 2 days and just wanted to sleep.

Reviewed by Nupel after care nurse. Excellent nurse very caring, understanding, reassuring and informative. Nothing was a problem to her. Had a lymphatic drainage massage by the physiotherapist that was good. I never really felt pain as such more a discomfort and stinging feeling. Except when trying to cough. Nupel visited again and changed my dressing. I had had a shower before she came. But if I couldn't have managed it she would have helped me

Day before I left I was transferred to Memorial hospital to see Dr Baran Kul for discharge and fit to fly letter. So very caring profession and attentive and couldn’t stress enough that if I needed anything when I got back home to contact the after care team immediately. Felt very comforted by this. Definitely was not a case of your on your own now. Dr Kul and his team are very professional and caring

Never once did I feel that I didn’t know what was happening or who would be coming to see me. Eg. Pick up time. Nurse visit, Physio visit for lymphatic massage

When I was home Burak contacted me to make sure I was alright if there was any issues and reassured me if I had any concerns please contact after care. Nupel the nurse also contacted me and said the same.

1st class service from start to finish and caring after care service 🏆

Everything was done so professionally throughout the entire process, from start to (I haven't quite finished healing yet, but) finish. It was easy, calm, and reassuring dealing with all of the team. The hospital was beautiful, and the nursing and surgical team were faultless in their care. The hotel was also stunning, and the room service on their app was extremely useful for ordering with ease.
The aftercare team has been wonderful, and have answered any questions I've had with understanding and care.
I am only a week post surgery so far, but am very happy with my choice in using Dr Kul and his team for my procedure.

I had been looking into surgery for years before I took the plunge and decided on going to Baran Kul. Why BK and away from home? First I liked the outcome in terms of Low level and neat scar, Second ability to sculpt a waistline and thirdly the recommendation of past patients. His English speaking coordinator who was my first contact was good, reassuring and responded quickly at all times. He remained my key contact through the process and I can’t say thanks enough to him. He also has a great support team of physiotherapist, nurses, translators and the cherry on top being a platinum grade hospital where the surgery is carried out. The whole team made me feel at ease, no question too stupid, no request unmet - even organised other services with other providers, sat with me through them and translated.Consultation with Dr Kul was at my level, complete with technical drawings, I was able to change my mind upon discussion with no pressure. Surgery went well woke up in discomfort and pain meds to navigate. His surgical team consists of the nurses who also provide aftercare- that gives you another level comfort.Upon discharge, the aftercare nurse was at my hotel taking and guiding me through next few days- answering my questions at midnight when I couldn’t sleep :). Discharge back at the hospital was smooth, coordinated and had a chance to ask all my questions, seek reassurance on going forward. I am now 1 week post op, and can say Dr Kul knows his stuff, his demeanour is calming, reassuring and trusting- that’s before the professional qualifications and number of surgeries conducted. Surrounded by a good solid team with customer service at the heart. I would highly recommend them. Surgery abroad is not to be lightly considered, but I have no regrets so far with this great team.

I am now 13 days post op, I couldn’t be happier which my decision to choose Baran Kul.

The hospital ( Memorial Hospital ) is grade A platinum outstanding. When I arrived I was speechless better than any hospital I have been to in the uk and I have been to private hospitals.

The morning of my surgery I was so excited no nerves at all. I couldn’t wait to start my new life. When Baran Kul visited me for my consultation he was honest his main focus was safety so any extras I wanted he explained it couldn’t be done.

He made my partner and I feel safe. I was the only op for that day which was a bonus I feel he didn’t have to rush and really took time and gave me the tum I wanted. Once surgery was done he went to the room to see my partner to let him no surgery was a success and there was no complications. Which I thought was lovely.

He came to see myself a number of times during my stay I was very anxious after surgery . His two male nurses wow they are the most amazing men I’ve come across . So helpful professional and understanding.

The nurses I had in the hospital lovely can’t complain even with the language barrier they all had a translator on their phones which I loved .

Nupal the aftercare nurse is fantastic she really looked after me whilst I was in turkey and now I’m home. She answers all my million questions even the little annoying ones.she helped me shower changed my dressing and creamed my skin. She given so much advice on wound care and how to achieve the best results and not get an infection.

Ifran he is lush for a young man is he is so grown and mature. He really made my stay a whole lot better. A few times he even took us to shops , cash machines and came to check on us in the room Make sure we have everything we needed.

The only downside to our trip was going during the semi lockdown so a lot of places was closed and the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was horrid and the room was not to my taste at all . We didn’t eat any breakfast from the hotel and the room we had after three hospital was horrid and smokey.
