Poor delivery and tracking system…

This was my third time ordering from BARA Sportswear over the past few years, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently poor.

My latest order was placed on March 26 and only arrived on April 21. This is significantly longer than the delivery timeframe stated on the website. As a customer located in Estonia, very close to Sweden, this level of delay is especially difficult to understand.

While delays can happen, the main issue is the tracking system. The tracking updates did not reflect the actual movement of the parcel. The status remained unchanged for a long time and was later updated with a new date without any real progress. Only much later did the parcel actually start moving according to the local carrier.

This makes the tracking unreliable and misleading from a customer perspective.

After three similar experiences, it is clear that this is not a one-time issue but a recurring pattern.

I will not be ordering again. If you decide to order, be aware that delivery may take significantly longer than stated and tracking information may not be accurate.

Order not received

I placed an order on March 12 and have still not received it after more than a month. The tracking has not been updated since March 30.

Customer support responded, but only with generic explanations about customs delays and no concrete solution. They also claimed there was a recent tracking update, which is not visible on my end.

I even received an automated email asking me to confirm delivery, although the parcel has not arrived.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering the order value (~148€). I expected more reliable shipping and clearer communication from a European brand.

Deliveries to Denmark usually take 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This delay was due to customs clearance and the recent long holiday, which slowed carriers. We’re in touch with DHL for updates, and if your package is proven lost, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service after package after tracking failed. My order appeared to have gotten lost along the way, and when I contacted BARA to ask about my package they investigated and a new package was sent out shortly after. This arrived without any issues.

Takes wsy too long for the firm to ship out orders

After 17 days I finally received notice that my partial order was sent.
17 days to ship an order is, in my opinion, unacceptable.

I love my BARA leggings

I love my BARA leggings. The are so comfortable♡

Size is good, comparable to the size I have in my regular clothes.

When I had a question regarding my order, the customer service was very helpfull and friendly.

I would definitely recommend Bara.

Bara notified post office about the…

Bara notified post office about the incoming package. A week after (!!) and two mails feom me, the package was finally handed over to posten. After that it took just 2 days to get delivered.
As for the jeans I ordered, they are OK. The simmer tights is too tight but there was no return info in the package so I won't bother trying to change the size.

Looks great & fits perfect

I love the sports bras and leggings from Bara. They look absolutely great and are very comfortable. The side pocket in the leggings is perfect.

I had to exchange the sports bras, which went smoothly, and the customer service was very friendly. In future I will order again :)

Bara team went way out of their way to process my product exchange

Accidentally ordered the wrong size of leggings that were meant to be a gift. I only realized that they were wrong size almost 3 months later, when I actually gifted them to my friend. Even though it was way past the usual 14 days return timeline the Bara team kindly made the return possible when I explained my situation and exchanged the leggings with the correct size without any reservations. On top of that, they sent the new size directly to my friend instead of my address as before, so she could get the leggings as soon as possible.
The communication with the team was extremely friendly! I never had such a nice experience dealing with something like this, thank you team Bara!
