I recently had trouble with my Baratza Grinder. I called their customer Service team and they walked me through the fix including sending out some parts and a video link for further support. I also received a follow up email from them several days later checking to make sure that things were going well. I was very pleased with their support!

Customer service is awesome. They helped me diagnose the problem(s). The provided etails and videos to fix, and the option to send to them for repair. They were patient and also sent follow up emails. Their customer service is the reason I stayed with Baratza. I ultimately decided to purchase a newer model from them. My choice totally. They were excellent to help me try to fix the old one. One fix seemed to lead to another fix. I could have continued, but have used it nearly daily for years. Think the old one was simply ready to retire.

In this age of disposable appliances and electronics, it's nice to see a company that spends resources to help folks like me with older grinders keep them going. I recently upgraded my old Encore with an M2 burr and new ring burr. The videos and pictorial guides on the Baratza website made it possible for a DIY-er like me to get it done and now it's like I have a new grinder. I recently had an issue with the ring burr getting jammed and being misaligned, and while I managed to fix it without help, I did get in touch with CS initially. The reply was quick - just as it was when I inquired about changing burrs. So, great CS and a long-lasting and quality product I've used every day for over 10 years now - can't beat that!
