They were very responsive and well prepared to support me in my hope of fixing rather than replacing my coffee grinder. They freely provided the needed part and shared multiple tutorial videos. Great company!

I received prompt support and the issue…

I received prompt support and the issue was resolved quickly. There were no mix ups or unnecessary back and forths.
I was pleasantly surprised and there is no doubt in my mind that your customer service is head and shoulders above the competition.

This is the way customer service should be!

I contacted customer support to see if they could diagnose why our Vario+ was no longer working. They had me do a video and diagnosed the problem from the video. They sent us new replacement parts at no cost to us and our grinder now works again! Thank you Baratza!!

Baratza Support is the best

Exceptional Baratza Customer support

Sarra at Baratza customer support team has been extremely helpful with advice on a problem I had with my ESP Grinder after 12 months of use. Sarra eventually arranged a full replacement unit for me very quickly. I had used the technical support pages and videos before which I also find extremely useful and beneficial especially with regard to care for the grinder. I would urge anyone experiencing any issues with their Baratza kit to use their support pages and videos as well as their support team.
