Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Purchased a Kamado bbq and 3 months later the heat deflector split in half. I have rang to try and get a replacement and 3 months later I am still awaiting a replacement. Unbelievable!!!

My BBG's galore experience was a good one, my previous purchase was a 5 burner Turbo BBQ over 10 years ago and still going strong.
I went to BBQ's Galore to purchase a cover for my 10 yo Turbo and walked out the proud owner of a Traeger 850 Timberline.
Fran my very informative sales consultant provided me with assistance with my cover purchase and also with feedback to my questions with the Traeger 850 Timberline, so good was the product and assistance from Fran, i made my new purchase, great store and fantastic service from Fran and the Team at BBQ's Galore - Mile End - South Australia.

BBQ's Galore exceeded my expectations.
An overall very satisfactory buying experience where I benefited from a pre-order price reduction, the staff helpful, courteous and efficient at all times, the delivery was quicker thann expected, the pick up a breeze as I received much appreciated help in loading of my product by the staff. The product itself was better than expected although self assembly posed a couple of challenges with some instructions a little ambiguous. The BBQ is up and running and results to date are excellent.

The person that served me was very helpful no I spoke to him for about half an hour before I decided on what I was going to buy. I all So spoke to him on the phone before I went into the store great help but there was a lot of product range that went with the smoker that I bought which was a bit disappointing

Good, friendly and well informed service and great follow up. The hot plate that we were told could be delayed by up to a month was received in 3 days, due to another customer's order being cancelled. Nice to see proactive customer service.
