A SCAM! Avoid it at all cost!
I placed and paid for an order on 12 August 2026. Only after payment did the merchant disclose that they were on holiday and that dispatch could take up to 10 days. That deadline has passed, yet the order is still marked as "Confirmed". Nothing has been shipped, and I have received no tracking information.
The merchant later sent a generic email reporting a burglary and stating that all affected customers would be fully reimbursed. However, they did not confirm whether my order was affected or provide any timeframe for a refund.
Last week I cancelled the order in writing and requested a full refund. I have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I have no products, no refund, and no reply. I have reported the transaction to my bank as a suspected scam. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to order from this company.
