I liked the hospitability but he didnt cut my hair properly as there are still long strands of hair over the place where he trimmed mine.

Worst haircut
Worst haircut, I showed detailed pictures of one of the easiest haircuts. Its okay they are learning how to cut, but the guy pretended to look sample pics and said okay yeah yeah, then cut my hair without making it even close. I asked him to adjust it like 3 times, he seemed so careless, and at the end I just gave up and said okay. In the end adjusted it myself at home.
Also google maps location is slightly wrong because their place isnt really visible and at the end of another barber’s place, they dont answer the phone as well so I spent 15mins trying to find their place.

Finishing is not good
Finishing is not good. After cutting by a student, one experienced person should spend at least 5 to 10 min to review and finalization. Good site is that they are so good and cordial.

Totally zero satisfaction i book an appointment with gabriel on 29th Nov when i reach the place to cut they didn’t inform me that gibrel wasn’t there one of the new students named osmos cut my hair . Before cutting the hair I showed me what kind of hair cut i need than he started at last my hair was all messed up. Not a finishing good

The manager, the supervisors and the apprentices are helpful and friendly to the customers. And they are trying to be better and more professional in their service.

They even can not manage the scissor…
They even can not manage the scissor properly.Can not cut both side similar. Not much control on hands and finger.I went 2 time but same reaction. Not satisfied at all.I.suggest to keep an expert with them to having help

Unprofessional
I took appointment of an employee but the guy who cut my hair was a student. That wouldn’t be a problem if he was good, he took one and half hour! I can accept that, he was a student and I tried to be patient. But he trimmed my beard without even asking!! He cut my scalp he so many places. I was expecting a much better service.

Slow workrate
The braber was very slow n the people helping him was also making him nervous so I would suggest just finsh the haircut in 40 min maximum cause my haircut was for 2 hours
