We were pleasantly greeted at the viewing window by Lara who offered her help and showed a professional interest in the occasion for the ring we were looking for.

Mia and Helen were amazing! Went in for a browse for my wedding ring and ended up leaving with my dream wedding band. They were extremely polite, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure to buy, which I’ve had quite a lot previously in different jewellers. Will definitely be back for future jewellery purchases. Thanks very much ladies! Xx

Quality of service. Staff went above and beyond ordering in items not carried in store, and getting them delivered within a short time span (as required by my lack of forward planning!) Helen, Pauline, Eunice and the team are always welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable - that’s why I come here to ask them to get items rather than visiting any other jewellers.

I had the best experience at Barclays! Rebecca is the sweetest, most helpful girl and the company are so lucky to have her! We had a bit of a wait for the ring and I had my little boy with me who was playing up and she made me feel so at ease and assured me that my son was fine and asking me about my wedding etc. George was also lovely, he listened to what I liked and picked out the ring of my dreams for me! I’m still so in love with it. He was also so understanding of my son, giving him little biscuits and entertaining him while my fiancé and I chatted about our rings! Would 100% recommend staff are so lovely and friendly and can’t do enough to help you and the rings are just beautiful! Thanks so much again for making this such a lovely experience for us.

A very pleasant experience, Keavy requested the other sales person to visit the other stooge and bring back the chain I was looking for so I could try it on, due to this I would definitely return to this jewellers

Keavy and Miriam were so helpful and patient as my wife struggled to choose between her to choices - expertly selected by Keavy! Miriam's modelling of all the choices made it easier to see the choices from a different perspective. We are both delighted with the final choice and my wife has already said she might be back for more. Many thanks to you and also David for all their help on a Wednesday afternoon!

I had a lovely experience when purchasing a necklace for my birthday
I didn’t feel pressurized into making a purchase and was given the time I needed to make the correct decision
I left the shop on the first day to meet family and unfortunately didn’t make it back before closing although I returned to the shop the following day to make the purchase
Keavy was the assistant who served me was very polite and friendly with a lovely manner and great customer service

All staff at the Argyle Arcade were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I received a really good service from them when picking my watch.
