While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Be aware free trial SCAM

Now I know, bad companies that are unsure about their product/service offer a trial period with automatic payment, so that if for some reason you miss the email to cancel your pseudo subscription, you'll be stuck with it.

This is the case with Bardeen, which uses free trial scam method.

Good companies, confident in their model and product/service, do the opposite: at the end of the trial period, they ask you if you want to renew. This is not what Bardeen choose.

More, the interface for accessing your account and canceling your subscription is a nightmare; everything is designed to make it as difficult as possible to find.

Of course, Bardeen will not send you any mail prior to the automatic payment.

They have so little confidence in their ability to sell ethically, by asking their customers, as good companies do.

Last, their pricing is very expansive compare to what you can find now thanks to AI era.

Way too many red flags I do not recommend this company.

Bardeen.ai’s new pricing is a total…

Bardeen.ai’s new pricing is a total scam! No transparency, no control, and outrageous costs. They charge a credit for every single data line at insanely high rates, and there’s no history to track usage—so we have no idea how much we use per day or month, or which operations consume the most. No option to downgrade or switch from monthly to yearly. No way to just buy a fixed amount of credits. Instead, they force us into overpriced plans while ripping us off for every single data line. In just a few days, all our credits were gone, and now they expect us to pay $50 per day just to keep running. This is beyond ridiculous! We’re looking for alternatives ASAP!
