Excellent customer service and very efficient delivery

Lovely well fitting boots delivered promptly, excellent, if not needed returns process, great customer service as I phoned to check sizing. Highly recommended

Purchased a pair of qubec brown boots, wore twice paid 214.00. Had to return boots cleaned like new, soul was coming away from boots. I asked for zip up pair to be sent same pair. Clearly communication is an error and not reading emails is a basic standard surley. Re sent boots back to be given 203.00 to pay this amount for a pair of boots I excepted higher quality in all areas. If anything a month in ttl without boots i should be paid for the inconvenience. Will never use again was recommended but glad I have gone else where.

Fast delivery of some quality footwear. Bought a pair of Vancouver bots, and they are exceptional. Perfect fit, and sooo comfy from the moment I put them on.

Graceland Long Field Boots. Not only lovely to look at but practical with the zip down the side. My legs feel so stable in these for schooling. Much better than jodphur boots and chaps. My horse appreciates my quieter leg and I feel much more confident having steadier legs.

Bought a pair of Kentucky Storm boots recently (2-3 weeks ago).
So far I can not rate highly enough - instantly comfortable enough for 3 dog walks a day in what is extremely wet weather at the moment (be that local or across the Peaks).
Smart enough to wear to the office (clearly after the clean after the dog walks).
And waterproof so no soggy feet so far :).
Have already recommended to friends. So far, they are the best boots I've bought in an extremely long time.

These boots are by FAR the best boots I have EVER had the pleasure of owning 🥹 they were immediately comfortable & my feet could breathe!! (I had been living in wellies 🙈) I will definitely look no further when I need more boots in the future 🤩 They are so well made & the quality is absolutely first class ~ so my advice to you is BUY THEM!!! These boots are beautifully made and extremely comfortable. The day they arrived I put them straight on and walked my dog in heavy rain for 45 minutes. My feet stayed completely dry and they were so comfortable and light, and the grip is fantastic. I have worn them every day to walk my dog in rain, snow, and mud. I’m so very impressed with them and I’ll definitely be buying more boots from them at some point. Highly recommended!

The products & customer service at this company are top notch. I have had several pairs of boots and I have a pair of half chaps from them. All of them are exceptional quality and comfort. I recently had a small issue with a pair of boots I had ordered and already worn several times. When I mentioned it to them, they immediately offered to let me return the boots and send me a brand new pair. You can’t complain about that! And when I was trying out different boots on their website, if a pair didn’t work, I could call them and they gave me excellent advice over the phone taking into account my personal situation to determine what would work better for me. I was able to send back the ones I didn’t like and get the new ones within days. I really can’t recommend their customer service and their products enough!

Having bought four pairs of boots from Bareback in the last couple of years I feel comfortable recommending them. They offer great designs and sturdy boots suitable for wet, muddy British weather. One of my pairs had a waterproofing issue but this was resolved satisfactorily by the company. They requested photos and to return the boots. They then tested them (fair enough) and gave a full refund once they confirmed an inner membrane had failed.

Invested in a pair of vancouver boots as after a very wet year in the uk i needed something waterproof but comfortable for walking the dog daily. They were expensive but knowing leather boots will last for years if looked after properly I felt they were a good investment. After less than 18months they are no longer waterproof having cracked along the toe crease. I have diligently followed their detailed care guide for leather boots on their website and read every article they provide to ensure their longevity, however, when I contacted customer services they inform me that the type of leather needed different products than the ones they describe and therefore it's my fault they have failed. In looking further into the nubuck leather used for these boots they require frequent rewaterproofing so in essence they are not fit to be advertised as a waterproof boot but should really be sold as a fashion item. Incredibly cross this has happened as I do not have the funds to replace them due to how expensive they were to buy. Lesson learned and will not purchase from them again nor recommend them anymore.

I don't usually send feedback. But just a note to say I really love my new boots. I had bought a pair from one of your competitors late last year (Dubarry) and I simply could not get comfortable in them. I sold these to help purchase another pair. I was looking for waterproof, good looking boots. Good for a dog walk and just maybe over or under a pair of jeans during the colder wet weather. The Hudson boots completely fit the bill. They fit my feet very well. True to size. Nice and warm as well.
I thought to have one boot per fabric bag in the box was a bit of an unnecessary expense for you, but maybe this is done to prevent damages during transit. I have never received a pair of wellies that had their own sleeping bag each :)

Anyway, these boots are hopefully going to last me a long time. I have only had them for about a week, but have been wearing them daily on short and long walks. They are great! I have had a lot of comments already and people asking which brand the are :)

I visited the shop near Worcester even though it is a long way from home as I wanted to try on several pairs of boots for my awkward shaped feet. I received such a warm welcome and Chloe gave me so much help and advice about which boots would suit me best. This family firm offers such fabulous customer service and the quality of the boots speaks for themselves.

I love Bareback Footwear. I ordered the Quebec but they had to go back to exchange for a smaller size. Royal Mail tracking wasn’t working and we’re stuck in Birmingham and RM weren’t helpful when I rang. Rang Bareback today to see if they had actually received them and Emma was very helpful and said she’d monitor the return. She just rang to confirm they arrived today (still showing I Birmingham in the tracking). The quality of service you get from this company along with the quality of boots is outstanding and why I will keep purchasing from them. Other companies really need to take note. Thank you.

I have purchased a pair of Dixie cowboy boots.
Ordering nice and easy, quick delivery, lovely packaging (a bag for each boot to keep them safe). A perfect fit and high quality.
I am waiting for a refund as sent a pair back to get the right side, but as returns are free again excellent service.
Size 8 was a size 42 which you don't get with all shoe manufacturers.
Would definitely recommend.

This is my second pair of bareback Quebec boots - they are incredibly comfortable and tough - I wear them every day for dog walks from now until spring.
