I personally, can only say that Customer Support were really good. The sheets arrived in about one week.

I had, somehow by mistake? ordered a third unwanted sheet when going back on their system to check the colour blue and by doing this I’d added to my order, I immediately emailed them but was too late, due to the time difference between the UK & USA to correct my order. On speaking to Jason in Customer Support on several occasions, he put through a refund which I was happy with, Jason was brilliant!

I have only been using the nice soft sheet for about one week and think I see a slight improvement on my sleep and long standing pain issues.

Here I am again, feeling pretty stupid to have done this twice now but here’s the facts. Grounding well, grounding wellness, bare earth life, bare earth, bare earth skin care, bare earth sheets, and one other that’s similar are all scams. And if you’re lucky enough to get anything from them at all, it’s not grounding sheets. It’s garbage. If this happens to you, please save yourself the frustration and just call your bank/credit union and file a dispute and get your money back. At this point I need a break and when I do order more grounding sheets I will do it from Amazon where I can receive them as early as the next day and can easily return the product if it’s fake. Which many are. I wonder now if the whole thing is a scam. The MRI’s showing increased circulation etc. I have a friend who’s a genius and a chemist without a degree but he’s going to do some tests himself to find out if grounding oneself is even beneficial. I’ll wait to hear from him before I attempt to buy anymore.
Hang on to your hard earned money folks. Don’t give it to these thieves. It amazes me how so many people don’t understand that if you do business fair and straight up and provide what you promise you can make money that you get to keep as well as know you’ve sold people something that makes their life better. Too bad.
