guest list problem
When I first filled in the details of all members of our party (there are 14 of us!) I was repeatedly told that there was an error in this part of the form and was unable to proceed further. In the end I had to start again from the beginning, filling in exactly the same details and this time it let me through.
I think that if I had been looking for a smaller property, (of which obviously there are many more available) I might have been tempted to go to another cottage hiring company website.

Its the little things..
As someone who understands the area of serviced accommodation I can honestly say that Barefoot instinctively know the little things to remember to include when presenting a property to clients.
From pre-stocked wood pile for fire, kitchen utensil details down to tea / coffee, robes and hampers and Christmas tree.
I must say these people and the properties they portfolio are a credit to the industry and refreshing to have done business with. They care about the product they are presenting down to the last detail, and put customer satisfaction on par with profits.
Many thanks to the team Lucie / Brittany and the gentleman that came with the extra dining chair for us. We had a wonderful Christmas in a beautiful area that we visit regularly throughout the summer months.
We usually stay at the Hoste when visiting and staying over, but this has given us a different perspective moving forward and we will definitely be contacting Barefoot again for future bookings, such was the quality of product and service.
