barefoot spa 57 LP

We purchased the barefoot spa 57 LP hot tub at a Hampton Roads event. It looks great and comfortable. Currently, we are in the process of scheduling and electrician, hence, we have not actually experienced our hot tub, yet. We were extremely happy with the delivery service.

I was late getting home for my…

I was late getting home for my appointment and I thought I had missed my scheduled window. I was pleasantly surprised to see that The tech took the initiative to inspect the hot, locate the problem and fix the problem in my absence. Thanks to Carl I’ll be in my hot tub for the holiday!

Continued problems with Barefoot SpaWe continue to have problems with water…

We continue to have problems with water quality and discoloration even though we follow the upkeep directions we printed from your website for our spa.
We have attempted multiple times to contact our salesperson and your customer service department with NO success.
We have been spa owners for more than 25 years and have never had these problems.
We have requested the name of a repair person in the Louisville area who does service for Barefoot Spas, but no luck getting that information.
We made a HUGE MISTAKE purchasing a spa from your company.

Got the run around

We ordered our spa July 17, 22.. we were told we had to have it delivered by Oct 1, 22 We didnt have a pad ready upon purchase. By Aug 1 we were ready.. we spent next 2 months calling getting the run around, no recall. It was finally delivered oct 12,22. Horrible customer service.

Spa Neck Pillows

We needed to replace two of the neck pillows in our 88LP spa. Pillows received are of original manufacturer quality, fit perfectly and shipped very quickly.

Purchased swimspa, company won’t deliver or respond

Committed to purchasing a swim spa in May. Cannot get a delivery date - company completely unresponsive and have now waited 3.5 months for delivery promised in 4-6 weeks. Cannot reach a human and company does not return calls when voice mails are left.
Would give ZERO stars if I could.

We troubleshooted the problem with the spa come to find out it's the heater I have talked to and called Jonathan several times with no response back as to when the heater shipped out when we can get it how we can start fixing the problem it's been many times where I have to actually stop call customer service just to get my needs met because Jonathan never returns any responses

Ordered supplies which were documented…

Ordered supplies which were documented as damaged/destroyed by the shipping carrier. I've contacted Barefoot Spas twice about it and have recieved silence as an answer about getting my order replaced.
Update: Jonathon contacted me about a totally separate issue and has promised to get the items I ordered to me.
