Hi,
I just want to write a reply on this as i believe this isn't fair. You emailed us at 11:29pm on the 29/01/2021 asking where your order was. I personally replied at 8:56am on the 30/01/21 asking for your order number so we could quickly follow up the matter and get to the bottom of where your parcel is. You replied at 13:15pm providing your order number. I then replied swiftly at 13:18pm with your tracking number saying that it was sent first class and signed for on the 21st as shown on the tracking number i provided to you.
You still haven't replied to us on the matter but have decided to leave this review. Your parcel was dropped off at 13:49 on the 21/01/2021 at the post office. We agree this is very overdue but your parcel has been sent by us and it is now out are hands. You will have a 'on the way' email from us on the 21st when the order was fulfilled and sent. This may be located in your junk.
I have also been onto royal mail this morning to find an update for you as the tracking isnt the best from royal mail. They have stated that there are delays due to covid and the lockdown but the you will receive your parcel.
We pride ourselves on providing the best service possible and will also work with our customers to ensure they feel like they can trust us. We will always ensure that we provide a high standard of service and thats what sets us apart from the rest.
I do hope you can reconsider this review.
