Avoid at all costs.

I ordered about €80 worth of cocktail equipment during the first Covid lockdown. Rather than buying the equipment on Amazon, EBay, etc, I decided to buy Irish. Barequipment.ie never delivered my order. They responded once to an email and never responded since. Avoid this sorry excuse for a company at all cost as they have no regard for their customers.

Terrible Experience. Steer clear!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. This company have basically stolen money from me as they never sent me my order and now won't answer any of my calls or emails. I have no idea how to get in touch with them or how to get my €70 back.

Only ok

My original order was out of stock so the company promptly and kindly offered me another product or a refund, I accepted the other product and enquired about a confirmation for my order and delivery times as the shipping is a €12 courier charge which is quite a lot, I received no confirmation or reply, by email or phone (there is no answering machine and the message box is full) for 9 days, and only then it was as I said I would unfortunately have to pursue a chargeback from my bank. I understand this is an extremely busy time of year but it is also not good customer service to ignore messages.
When my products arrived the box was completely cut through on the bottom too which is disappointing as it is meant to be a gift although this may have happened during shipping. Despite the company having a dot ie website and a Dublin phone number my order was dispatched from the UK which I found misleading as I purposely chose them as I was trying to support Irish businesses this year.
Overall, the customer service was ok although very lacking in support after purchase, and the products look nice and seem very high quality which is great.
I'm giving 3 stars for the lack of post-purchase support and for the unclarity surrounding the location of the company.
