Really bad- i ordered shoes for my mum. I wanted to return as it didn’t fit. I sent countless emails and log a form online. I even called the number and was charged. No answer. This company should close down.

This companies website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. My order was shipped out in a timely matter. I will commenter on the product after I receive it.

Fit is terrible. Difficult to return I have been waiting for a return label for 2 weeks after requests and no reply

Easy of ordering

Waiting literally weeks for a return. This company is not respectable. Not even in the US. Claims on their website are a complete lie. Don't waste your money!

all good so far. Haven't received my order yet so cannot say anymore but ordering was easy to do.

Took forever to get. When the sandal did come and I tried them the strap around my ankle could have fit 2 people, I could put my finger and my toe through the toe strap the strap across my foot was the same. The length fit fine, so not sure what kind of person would have fit this sandal? The metal piece that was suppose to hold the strap kept falling down into the leather so wouldn't even stay in hole to keep the strap in place. They were a joke! Looked great on the thin legged model in the picture. Emailed them right away to start a return. They aske for pictures so I sent about 5 showing the defects. They offered a discounted price or if I still wanted to return them and would have to pay the high shipping cost which they stated if they were defective I would not have to in the return policy. I said I wanted to return and never heard another word. I emailed probably 6 more times and even tried to call. That went straight to a busy signal. It is a complete scam. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charges. This company needs to be taken off the internet if this is how the do business!

Nowhere does the website say they are in China so I finally got the shoes 2-3 weeks+ after I ordered. the clasps don't even work though so I tried to return them. When I went to send them back it was going to cost me over $250 for shipping. No thank you!
The reason they got a 2 instead of a 1 or 0 is because I got some of my money back after calling my credit card company bitching about it.
