Baretraps sent me a damaged pair of boots. I sent a picture of the damaged boot & they admitted it was damaged, however they want ME to pay to ship the boots back & repurchase the boots at FULL price when I bought them on sale! Terrible customer service! They should exchange the boots at no additional cost since it’s their fault. I will no longer purchase any of their shoes or boots.
I never got my shipment and they refuse to give me my money back. Horribly customer service!!!!!!!
I bought my first pair of Bare Traps last summer from the Shoe Warehouse and have worn them only about 7 x and was shocked to see the heel area of the sole of one shoe completely split. I was hoping to get a lot more wear out of them and am very disappointed. I recommended these shoes to people recently and now feel ripped off. I contacted Bare Traps via Facebook and email with photos of the problem but they passed the responsibility on to the retail store. I don't have my receipt anymore so couldn't get anywhere with that. I do have photos, which clearly show how new and unworn the shoes are. Reading other reviews online has made me realise that Bare Traps shoes have issues and even with a receipt you don't really get anywhere.
