Before we even arrived in Melbourne
Before we even arrived in Melbourne, my email request to rent a baby seat received a quick and immediate reply, which put us at ease. The shuttle bus arrive which is very reassuring. The shuttle bus arrived soon. Although there were some problems before picking up the bus, we still got the car we wanted. The car was returned quickly, and the shuttle staff was very kind. This road trip in Australia left us with wonderful memories of our first family trip with three generations together. Thank you!

Could try a little harder
Good value hire. Communication could be a lot better, including location address & suburb (not always at airport). Some procedures could be streamlined & staff could do with more knowledge & better information. Customer service was ok.
I had a MG HS (SUV) which was adequate for my highway travels.

Prompt airport pick up and car check out and return. I would suggest that an MG3 is not that similar to the Kia Stoinic that we thought that we were hiring though.

Car drop
When we arrived at the drop off shuttle had just left. Would have been a 20 min wait plus transfer time- around 30 mins. We caught an uber. Service and car were no worries. Just for us too long on the transfers.

A good quality vehicle at very affordable price. A good experience with only issue was the pick up location information at Adelaide airport had changed to just short of the bus area. We spotted the minibus from where we were waiting so no issue walking over to meet the transfer to the bargain car rental location. Drop off was easy and overall a good experience.
