Good service
Good service, welcome and check out, price.
Given a car that had low battery so we had to take it back to the depot which was abit inconvenient but they exchanged for a different vehicle without a problem.

The staff were great
The staff were great, we hired through a third-party and didn't realise the vehicle wasn't at the Adelaide airport, had to take a shuttle bus which made my family have to wait. Also was informed the comprehensive insurance I had taken though the third-party wasn't good, had to pay over $300 more to get full cover. Perhaps when a booking comes from a third-party you should contact and explain these issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Third party cover if taken up at time of booking through one of our agents does differ from taking the cover directly with us and is handled with different terms and conditions.
While we are not made aware of any third party insurance/cover taken up at the time of booking our staff will always ask if you want to take up the liability cover options directly with us, as well as make sure you know how the different options work for you.
We do work with our third parties/agents where we can to make sure that information is advised as clearly as possible during the booking process, but I do apologise as it sounds like there is still room to improve here.
Feedback will also be passed along about how our depot locations are listed with the aim of improving this in future.
The car was dirty inside
The car was dirty inside, there was a noise coming from the front of the car when first started in the mornings, and the tank was not full on pick up.
Staff were very friendly.

All of our vehicles are inspected before each booking, but sometimes things do slip through. We do apologise that it sounds like this may have been the case with your rental.
With any of our bookings, if you find there is less than a full tank at collection or any issue arises during your rental we do recommend you give us a call or chat with our depot staff so that we can present you with a solution or a swap into another vehicle.

I chose Bargain Car Rentals as it has the best coverage for wild animals on the roads. Great MG. It was just the windscreen wipers that made the driving tricky. Would definitely use Bargain Car Rentals again.

Price was excellent
Price was excellent, car was older and not in perfect condition, some damage on the car at pick up was not on the paperwork given to us and we were told to photograph any other damage before leaving the depot which was stressful as there was many chips and minor dings that we were left worrying we'd get blamed for. Otherwise staff were friendly and car was clean. Distance from airport was further than expected so wait for shuttle was slow when we'd just missed one at drop off
