Very very easy process
Very very easy process, from booking online , to managing changes to booking, to extending if needed, everything explained, nice car , staff were informative and friendly not clinical like Apex staff very business strict .
Easy drip off after .
Love the waiver options . Will definitely be using these guys again .

Good priced car, we had an MG (which aren't great cars anyway) but it got us where we needed to go for 2 weeks.

We were happy with this car rental
We were picked up from Coolangatta airport in a shuttle bus and taken to the car yard within 10 minutes of contacting them. The staff were very helpful and we got our car within 10 minutes. It was the type of vehicle we had requested. The car went well and when we returned it, we quickly got a lift back in the bus to the airport, there was no waiting. Staff asked if there were any issues with the car and I was pleased they did this and there wasn't.
Overall the experience was positive and the rental price was half of the big car rental companies.

The car was clean, fuel efficient and comfortable. It has been well maintained and the price to hire was very reasonable. Kerrie and the rest of the staff were very helpful throughout with instructions on how and where to collect and drop off the car. Very happy. Thanks

A very good experience
It was easy to find the shuttle at the airport. The processing at the pick up was efficient. The staff were very helpful both at pick up and return and helped us plan to use public transport to get to Brisbane. The car was clean and ran well once we put air in an under inflated tyre. We would use Bargain Car Rentals again.
