Easy to use and excellent value

Very easy and straight forward hire. Car reliable with no issues.

Friendly staff and easy to deal with. The car was great to drive (we hired a large SUV) and it was very reasonably priced. The only thing that caught us by surprise as we did not double check was that the depot is not actually at the airport so my husband got a cab there and was looking around for Bargain car rentals before realising our mistake. It would be good however if that was a little clearer as the pick up point stated Gold Coast Airport. They provide a free shuttle to and from which is handy though.

THE CARE AND THE CAR WAS BRILLIANT. HAVING A CAR MADE OUR HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE BETTER.
Picking up our vehicle was a very good experience and taking it back was very hard as only one on and no real notices to say just hand in keys and get on bus.

AVERAGE at best. Customer service at the desk was abrupt and rude. The was a hard upsell to buy more insurance when it was not needed. The shuttle driver was the highlight of the deal. I suppose you get what you pay for. it was cheap.

On arrival you had 1 transfer bus, 1 desk employee and 1 detailer. It was not a pleasant way to start our trip. I wont use you again. The staff you did have were polite enough and did their best.

Friendly staff, easy transfer to and from airport (although quite a lengthy wait for shuttle from airport). Car was definitely bargain basement hire. Not overly clean inside and having done close to 90k it was showing signs of age. I booked a Kia Stonic and was given an MG3, did the job but gutless and underwhelming.

The location to pick up the vehicle + the ease of rental from staff and the overall condition of vehicle + cost of rental made it so pleasant and effortless.

There is only one transfer bus, so it took 40 minutes just to get from the airport to the depot which is 3km away. After that, I waited a further 20 minutes in line before being served, followed by another 20 minutes to locate and fit the child car seats. I then had to point out to staff that the seats had been installed incorrectly.

Do yourself a favour and use one of the many other hire car services located at the airport—especially if you’re travelling with children.

The vehicle we selected was available and in great condition. The pickup and return process went smoothly and without issue. The rental was very cost effective. Will certainly use this company again.

The high pressure sell of extra insurance wasn’t pleasant, even though we informed the agent that we had taken cover separately. Otherwise a great option for car rental.
