BARGAIN RENTALS
Booking rental car was easy. Pickup from Sunshine Coast Airport was very straight forward. Just a short walk from the arrivals terminal. Car had a few marks & chips on the body work not that detracted from the service we got which was great. Car was clean and tidy inside. Got upgraded a Stonic to a MG 5 which was good. Plenty of room for 4 bags in the boot. Drop off after 10 days was very easy. Would we use Bargain Rentals again the answer would be YES. The price was very reasonable.

This could have been avoided and handled much better.

We do take every interaction regarding our vehicles into consideration when having them assessed (by a third party if needed) including previous inspection reports and customer interactions, if there is nothing to show the damage has been pre existing we do need to work with the booking the damage has appeared during.
We do recommend every customer do a walk around to raise any issues they might find or grab photos of anything they spot, I am glad to hear you have had this resolved and do apologise that this issue popped up with your booking.
Feedback around our vehicle condition is always passed along to our internal team for follow up.

Third party cover if taken up at time of booking through one of our agents does differ from taking the cover directly with us and is handled with different terms and conditions.
While we are not made aware of any third party insurance/cover taken up at the time of booking our staff are legally obligated with a duty of care to always ask if you want to take up the liability cover options directly with us as well as make sure you know how the different options work for you.
We do rely on any customer that has already purchased third party cover to let us know that is in place as our cover would then not be necessary if the terms and conditions of these work for you.
If I have addressed the incorrect concern or there is anything else specific to your booking you can always reach out to info@bargaincarrentals.com.au with some booking details and we can answer any inquiries you have there.
