Scam order a mystery box of woucher says delivered but I have had nothing delivered no way of knowing we're item was delivered only an app saying it had, only email address that no one answers,

Awful do not use! Ordered 9 bottles of lenor 5/12/24 and I’m still chasing them for it. Guess what they don’t even answer your emails ! Robbbng company DO NOT USE

absolutely quality for money and I absolutely love this shop now I spend 63 pounds on a how much I come out with couldn't believe it

Ordered on 24th March, Royal Mail tracking stated "we're expecting it" since 27th March. Have sent 3 emails chasing order without response. Have had to dispute transaction with credit card company to get my money back.

Shocking company, use at your peril.

The robot I ordered was cheap crap and nothing like advertised would not recommend them at all 😡

Absolutely shocking company. The parcel arrived with a load of total garbage in it so after photographing the contents it went into the bin. No reply to any emails then I complained to Wowcher who deferred it back to Bargainfoods. Do not buy from this company.

Who are the 40,000 happy customers? I wish I had read the reviews first.
Stupidly taken in by the Wowcher offer for half price mystery box. The mystery is how do they get away with trading in this way. Shocking box of rubbish many out of date items, multipack items and dried up demisting cloths. Avoid at all costs. Numerous emails and a written letter sent complaining but no response.

Very disappointed. i knew some things would be out of date... but wasnt expecting the items to be 1 carton of orange juice, 1 can of dr pepper, what looks like a few multipack croissants etc. Its barely worth £10. Disappointed.

I don't know where to start I went on Wowcher myi boxes so I thought sounds good so I bought two £12-99 boxes and a £3-99 one the bigger boxes were food and Tec the smaller was for mystery I was hoping for some good food in the box a couple of items at least but received a box of out of date chocolates five plastic bottles of mustard and air freshener etc same in other but small one had a load of rubbish hair bobbles and old fashioned velour hairslides and all different types of ribbons in god knows how long I was fuming I tried phoning Wowcher and got hold of answer machine so sent email no response so finally got an answer on phone when a I asked for customer services or manager they asked me what enquiry was asoon as I told them they told me get hold of seller and nothing to do with us phone went dead so I emailed and phoned the food store it took me two weeks to get hold of them but I had same answer off them get hold of Wowcher I said was told to phone seller that I would like my money back yet again the phone went dead then I find out they had taken £160 out of my account I just cried then I saw about six different amounts under PayPal Wowcher all for different amounts I have been ill as I am disabled I have cervical dystonia my son is disabled has cerebral palsy and my husband has not long got over cancer this was the last straw I phoned them told them put my money back but just put phone down same reaction from Wowcher this was all from 3 rd of January I have all proof of taken out I am so disgusted that they can get away with it there are hundreds on the websites who have been conned one way or another on rip off Wowcher yet now Amazon are doing the same and same sales pitch on mobile popups please can you help I have been InTouch with PayPal and fraud but have been told that the three month cut of is in use so can't get most back it's just not right

So upset. I couldn’t afford a grocery shop so I looked up to see if I could find some deals for me and my 6 kids. When I saw this on Wowcher I was so happy I bought 2 boxes for £30. They said they each had £30 of groceries in. I also paid £7 to Wowcher and delivery. Unfortunately the boxes took a week and a half to get to me even though they say 48 hour delivery, and when I opened it it’s full of sweets and chocolate!!! No grocery things at all!!! And all thesweets and chocolate are out of date!!!! I’m so upset as I could have used the £30 at Aldi but I thought I would get more this way. We literally wont eat now because of this and I just don’t know what to do. I was stupid to trust them. The kids can’t live off gone off chocolates!!?

Do not buy deal from Wowcher, massive scam. The voucher was £3.50 which apparently gave me 50% off a mystery box of groceries. Said normally £30. So with Wowcher cost, £15 for box and £2.99 delivery, cost altogether £21.49. The stuff that arrived was probably worth £10, if that. Out of date biscuits and mostly individual cakes and tiny packets of sweets. Household item was a cheap face flannel which must have cost 10p!. They are liars describing it as a saving money box, they snd Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves. I’m angry

Would give 0. Rip off. Bought with a voucher of 50% off and most of the products are expired. Do not buy from these guys. Would not recommend to anyone.

1 star as no option to give zero. Shameful scam, avoid at all costs!!!! As per other reviews, food items mainly random packets sweets and biscuits nowhere near equivalent in worth to purchase price, many items well past sell by date!!! Disgraceful that in the current economic climate, when so many struggling to afford the essentials, that an immoral company like this is allowed to scam people out of what little they have, and moreover, be publicised and endorsed by Wowcher!!!!! Tantamount to theft!!!

Total rip off. A scam and wowcher is supporting this, by advertising there rubbish on there site. Food up to 2 weeks past it’s date and mainly biscuits and cakes all over priced for items in box..

Best April fools delivery going.

£5 value if that.
Save you money and go to a local food discount store ad you get 3 times as much for what these cost.

I bought 30 boxes from the "company" for my competition website. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! COMPLETE SCAM! You owe me £810!!!
