Great service - order arrived very quickly, unfortunately developed. fault after a few days, Its computers...it happens, BUT they helped me through ensuring no data was lost, Took the machine back and got it back to me within days. Very impressed with the speed and helpfulness.
This company knows how dependant you are on IT systems and do what they can to help you out, work on the machine the day they receive it and get it out as fast as possible. Most companies take weeks to fix things, these guys took 1 day!

I am eventually very pleased with the PC I purchased, but it certainly didn't go smoothly. The PC was delivered promptly and was well packed, but the installed Windows 10 didn't work. After I completely reinstalled it, the licence couldn't be activated. Eventually Bargain Hardware remotely injected the digital key, which took time because apparently they had never done this before. Bargain Hardware were very helpful all the time until the problems were resolved. However, I can't help feeling that given the time lost getting the PC sorted, maybe I'd have done better to have bought a new one in the first place!

Their chat works really well - I needed a workstation for a particular purpose and they sorted the CPU, GPU etc for a reasonable cost.

Chris at bargain hardware was so helpful and patient. Not really knowing what I was doing he guided me though the process, giving suggestions and answering all my questions throughout the day as I customised my machine. Thoroughly recommend, what amazing customer service. Thank you so much Chris.

I have been using Bargain Hardware for years for both personal and business use and couldn’t recommend them enough. Kris in the sales team has always managed to find anything I've requested and in the rare occasions I've needed to raise a support case Chris in the support team has been amazing to work with.

I bought a machine, it was built and delivered really quickly.
I had a problem with a faulty RAM card that they sent straight away.

Whilst I haven't purchased anything (yet), the customer service at Bargain Hardware is quite honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I will 100% buy from them soon.

I originally contacted asking about their tower servers on the 28th (28/08/24), as they had none in stock. They informed me that they had some coming in very soon and asked what one I was looking for in particular. After telling them the ML350, I was told that there were none coming in from what they could see. I was still happy regardless and they were incredibly nice about it!

The next day (29/08/24) I received an email from them following up my ticket, telling me they've got the ML350 coming in next week!

Bargain Hardware seem like a lovely company and their customer service is better than anything I've ever seen before. I definitely will buy from them soon and I have nothing but trust with them.

We originally thought we were reviewing DPD, who failed to deliver on time, which is why we gave 1 star.
BH reacted extremely quickly to our request for replacement disks and we are very happy with their level of service and attaention

Ive purchased several times and they have always been good value. Excellent online chat advice on a Friday afternoon for my latest system.

So what i think? Well i have to give this site 5 stars too.

Prices for a DL380 G9 did seem reasonable and very good. CPU's are ridicules good priced while ram is ok priced and Raid controllers are somewhat expensive. That said i got a good configured server, Every thing look very well and nice. I think the website clearly lives up to their name. Its a bargain !

There needs to be said this hardware is used so scratches etc need to be expected, Though the server i recieved was in really good condition. It was also very well packed and survived a several day trip from the UK to norway just fine.

All was not perfect though but i think its a minor thing. When i ordered my server i had lots of choices for raid controllers even if they did not fit because of a bug on the website, and right now that chassis gives no option for raid controllers. Website can be a bit slow at times where it can be a long wait for the site to load.

In general the raid controller issue was fast and speedy resolved the same day via Email communication with very well responses.

I had a quick call today to them and wait time for support where low and i got a good reasonable reply to a question i had about an error message (hp being silly ballons not the fault or anything bargain hardware can fix ... basically not always 3rd party drives get accepted)

So my experience is extremely good and there is nothing to complain on. And the hardware seems very well priced and fair. The 3 year warranty for most parts is also a really nice plus.

Needed my server as soon as possible and they got it to me a day earlier - couldn't be happier.

This review is off the back of things going wrong.

Bargain Hardware where great at getting my order out to me but after an issue with my product weeks after delivery, BH where brilliant at getting it sorted.

Quick response on email followed by a call and a solution being found to get everything working.

when things went wrong BH was 'stand up'.
