Don't trust, super inconsistent.

Received a package but it was the complete wrong thing, packaging was addressed to me but the contents inside are somebody else's purchase, down to the receipt. How they can accomplish this is likely incompetence. Tried reaching out but no response, its been about two weeks and still nothing, I wouldn't trust this website at all. It genuinely ruined my day because i thought id be receiving what I wanted, not the case at all, somebody has my package and they've yet to rectify this.
