Reasonable price, arrived quickly and would buy from again

Still have not received my order from Oct 7 2023. I sent two emails and no response. How do I cancel order and get refund?

Order not received! Scam!
Do not order on this site as it is a scam!!!! I have ordered some clear pots with the next day delivery but I didn't receive my order. They sent me an email that they have tried to deliver to a wrong address ( don't know where they got that address as it is not the address from the order) . I have tried to contact them but unfortunately I was unsuccessful as nobody replay to the emails or answer the phone.

The only problem I had with this is that I registered for an account as instructed. I completed the form using my new address but the parcel was delivered to my old address over 100 miles away so I am unable to write the review?

The easy use of your ordering. Very good for me as an 88 year old. Will use again in the future.

Fantastic prices better than highstreet prices

I received an incomplete product and after 2 emails and one wasted phone call had no response on how to resolve the issue?

Good delivery but the cardboard package was badly damaged. Luckily the contents were held within a sealed plastic bag and so were unaffected. It left me concerned for the dispatch warehouse's standards.

Ordered a grey ironing board cover, a blue one came despite the picture being completely grey! Have called the company numerous times sent four emails and no response. Would never order from this company again absolutely disgusted

It took over a week to arrive despite saying next day delivery because they had the address wrong. It arrived finally because of our marvellous postmen who recognised my name at the sorting office. Otherwise product arrived in undamaged condition and what I had expected,

The handle I received was NOT what I ordered but when I went back on site the older type handle was no longer there. I prefer the older type with a hole for hanging and it fits all my tools better. However I will keep the one sent and try to get used to it.
Have they stopped producing the other type?
