Placed an order anf paid next day royal mail delivery expecting a comformation email and trackinh like you would with any online purchase.
I waited and waited and still no email from them thr next day !
My first thoughts was " have i been scammed ? '
So called the company a few times and no answer.
So I called the bank suspecting it was a scam then I called the supplier once more only to be told only half my order is in stock.
So I cancelled the order .

DO NOT USE!!! I received no confirmation of my order, when chased I suddenly received a confirmation with no tracking number. The next day the tracking number was available showing my goods had been delivered with an unclear photo, the goods had not been delivered and I was in all day. I have made three separate enquiries with no human response, just the confirmation that came through 3 working days after my order and when chased.

Unfortunately they have sent faulty products, have sent emails that are unanswered, phone calls that are not returned. Will not use again as they are obviously dealing with dodgy goods.

Ordered 2 vapes and they was counterfeit products. They burnt within first 3 puffs and the liquid was a dark black after a day. Tried to get a refund they said they wanted video evidence of the vapes burning then continued to treat me like some sort of idiot. Will not be using again.

I did not receive the products I ordered and paid for and when I've tried to contact them and tell them, I've had zero response!
Have tried sending an email to their advertised email address - no reply.
Have tried filling in their contact form on the website - no reply.
Have tried leaving a message on phone that went straight to answer phone (no surprises there). No response.
I've waited a week for a response before leaving this review.
Appalling service and zero customer service available. They took my money and sent a cheaper product instead. Then there's nothing you can do. Unbelievable.

Worst company ever. Taking ages for my refund after getting there vape back.
