Benchmark Oak - great product and experience
We came into the showroom in summer and were welcomed by Ricky. Came away choosing some light oak flooring. The ordering and delivery process was seamless, with the delivery guy kindly walking it round from the main road to our house. The floor was all very natural looking, consistent in its look and was free from any damage. The guys we had fitting it said it was some of the best floor he has fitted. Highly recommend.

A massive thank you to Ricky who helped provide the most beautiful materials for a media wall project. My builder cut one of the panels incorrectly and Ricky went above and beyond to provide replacements even though he was away on holiday. The finished project is everything I hoped for and the help in making it happen is very much appreciated!

Excellent Product, Great Service
We’ve put Barham and Sons wide plank engineered oak flooring in an antique oak finish through our whole barn conversion - 340 sq m. It’s one of the best renovating decisions we made - it looks absolutely fantastic and is really easy to live with.
The cost of the flooring was reasonable compared to others. The quality is great. Ricky and Warren were very responsive with communication and getting the flooring to us in good time, including when we needed more at quite short notice.
In the showroom there’s a huge range of products. Warren recommended the XXL Antique Oak in a natural finish when I showed him photos of our conversion and he was spot on with his recommendation . We’re very happy customers here at Quaker Barn.

We have had the pleasure of using Barham for the last 10 houses we finished and would not consider going elsewhere.
As property developers, a relationship with a company you can trust is the most important factor in choosing suppliers.
So we knew for our last job we'd order from Barham, but, when when asked by a customer for comparison when helping with a refurbishment, we ordered samples from 3 companies .
Before the samples from the other 2 arrived, Ricky had dispatched samples, they'd arrived through the door and been ordered and delivered.
Yes, Floor arrived on site ready to lay from Barham before other samples even arrived.
And here's the killer blow.

Great products, lots of choice
I really love my new floor and both Ricky and Warren were very helpful in getting me endless samples and giving advice. I looked around and these were the best products and colours I could find. The installation team were great too. I will be going back to Barhan & Sons when it comes to re-flooring my first floor later in the year.

Great product and outstanding customer service
I ordered some Premier Click Character Plank 15/4x190x600-
2200mm Creative Oak #4102 on a short turn around. Both Warren and Ricky were very helpful in getting an order through at a competitive price and arranged delivery for me. The delivery was delayed, however their customer service to ensure that this was rectified was simply outstanding. You are a fabulous team. The product is wonderful and I am absolutely delighted with my new floor. I will be back in the future!

Love my flooring! Cheapest I’ve seen around, friendly staff, Ricky was very helpful in helping me choose the right flooring for me and my family. I was expecting a long wait for it but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that it would be delivered within ten days! It’s not our first time ordering from Barhams and it won’t be our last!

Engineered Wood flooring
The company website attractively displays a good range of competitively priced hardwood flooring and various colour options to choose from. After ordering samples I decided to order flooring for 4 of my upstairs bedrooms.
This flooring is not fit for purpose and scratches easily and the dye used to colour the flooring (3107) comes off.
After 1 month I had to replace all the flooring
