Good Products
The products from the company appear to be very good. They came recommended from my Bariatric doctor. The vitamins I chose were chewables. The tablets, while quite large and intimidating at first glance, can easily be broken in half and eaten easily. The only reason for the star deduction was delivery. They use GLS delivery service, which here, NEVER delivers to the flat, and we always must go somewhere else to pick up our delivery.
UPDATE: This company is FANTASTIC! I requested some changes to my initial subscription and they were very prompt with responding and completely took care of my request to my total satisfaction! I can highly recommend their products and customer service! Superb products and a great customer service team made this purchase a pleasant and worry-free experience. Thank you so much!!! And added back the one-star deduction because of the great customer service!

NOT LIKE BARIATRIC ADVANTAGE USE TO BE RUN
I use to order Products all the time as I was told 20 years ago by Stanford this was the best place.
Today I will tell you to run far away. They take your order say it will be to your home in 3 working days & magically it doesn’t come but says it was . My daughter & I were home for the past month unboxing boxes. We just moved here. We also have a Security GSD & if anyone steps on our property front or back WE KNOW. WE EVEN LOOKED THROUGH ALL VIDEO FOOTAGE FOR THAT DAY & NOT 1 DELIVERY .So I called Mark at Customer Service back ( he took my order) & he told me HE COULD ONLY SEND A 1 TIME REPLACEMENT. I asked him what happens if it doesn’t come again . HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO . I FOUND OUT I COULD GET IT OFF AMAZON SO I SAID I’D RATHER GET A REFUND. MARK SAID NO ,HE CAN’T DO THAT. I THEN ASKED FOR HIS SUPERVISOR & HE SAID THERE WAS NOT ONE. So I’m out of my $146 & NOT ANY PRODUCTS. BARIATRIC ADVANTAGE IS A SCAM. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE NOT REAL & I Will let my hospital STANFORD IN PALO ALTO,CA. KNOW. BTW The Better Business Bureau has complaints from several people too.
