Customer service reps are disrespectful and rude, I think that’s the theme of the company in general, from the top down.

As a Registered Nurse caring for bariatric post surgical patients, I have never seen such extremely rude and argumentative treatment of a patient and myself a nurse advocate as we received from this organization. From the customer service team all the way to the CEO Alex, rude, dismissive, zero empathy, no accountability and refuse to take action. This treatment has delayed post bariatric surgically needed supplements by 15-20 days (still not delivered today.)
I have all of this IN WRITTING from the CEO

They slammed me with vitamins I didn’t order. So in 2 months they got $220 from me, unauthorized! The one-a-day multivitamin with iron, quick absorption vegetable capsules have a terrible toxic smell. Smells like burning plastic when you smell the bottle. They also made me very ill. Rashes, nausea, headaches & heart palpitations. I am having big problems returning them including the ones I didn’t order. They refuse to send copies of the invoices & want ME to pay return shipping.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

The worst customer service. I cancelled an order but they still shipped and told me I had to pay for return shipping. Then I told them I never go it and they told me to investigate the tracking number. Note the products I did get tasted like cardboard. Don't use them.

They were going to charge me way too much to have the Carbolicious muffins shipped with any cooling. They were rude. They are not BBB acredted

All of these horrible reviews about returns and shipping! However no reviews on rather the product works that's my thing! Has anyone actually tried the product and it worked for them not about the order taking too long or packages damaged or over pricing but actually tried the product. I wanted to order however I'm good on it especially without validation of it working

Terrible company. Don’t give them your credit card

If I can rate 0 stars I would. Customer service was awful. I received product with Black mold in it, I sent photos and with many emails and back and forth over the phone I was treated like I was a liar. They offered a store credit in which I told them I do not trust these products after consuming black mold, I think that's fair to say. I was talked to like I wasn't being truthful after I sent them proof as they requested.

Horrible company to deal with. Worst customer service ever. Charging me for returned UPS when I paid for the fast track ups. Im disabled. Im at home. Everyday. No ups tried to deliver to me. Ever. Now in order to get my vitamins RE DELIVERed they want to DOUBLE charge shipping. They wont refund my all my money as their keeping over 100$ for shipping fees?!? SCAM ALERT. RUN.

Very bad service

I received several products. I tried the brownie crisp and found the taste to be bad. The after taste was worse. I asked to return the unused boxes but was not offered a return label. The cost for me to return was more than the cost of the product. I will never do business with this company in the future.

I ordered during Black Friday deals and was excited to try some new products and different flavors of my daily calcium citrate chews. I received the package and it was not damaged or tampered with and was missing 2/3 of my items. A couple of items I received 90 count instead of 180 count. I reached out to customer service for help and have been given the run around for 6 weeks. I went to the post office and called the company from the post office with the post master and my package weighed 4.5 pounds less than what they shipped to me and they still refuse to send me my products or refund my money. There was even an open envelope addressed to someone else inside my package full of endurance pills. They emailed me this morning and they said they sent all items initially and refuse to either refund or send new items. I am out $200. I will never use them again.

I contacted them they refused to return what they sent spoiled and missing, because a bad box. is a shoddy business practice. Never order again and would not recommend anyone to order from them

I placed an order and because of the amount of it wsa offered a FREE item. I was charged for the free item and had to jump through hoops to get that refunded. I never got said free item. I was told because of the high shipping cost, they would add it to a future order. There won't be a future order. This is shoddy business practice.

I just received a box of different protein shots, with in the big box was a smaller box of LPS liquid protein shots. This box had a leak inside it. This made the box stick to the big box and when I opened the variety pack they were all sticky and stuck together.
I spoke to cucumbers service who wanted me to rake them all out wash them and determine how many they needed to send me. I asked for them to just send me a new variety pack and I would return this mess. They would not do this.
I just started my weight loss surgery journey and will be purchasing many products in the future, but not from this company!

Order placed but not shipped. I called customer service multiple times during the hours listed and was on put on hold For MORE THAN 1 HOUR each time. I emailed customer service and never received a response. Had to contact my bank to stop the charge.

Scam of a business! Not transparent with shipping fees.
They show a ridiculous shipping fee, then state that “Courier” is asking for additional fee to process shipment!!!
Honestly scam-y and disgusting business!!

This shipment looks counterfeit and they said it's a "different label" I'll reach out to the company that they are supposed to be from.

While on the phone I Iet them know that often there are botttles I have to throw away because they can't be opened. They told me I would have to pay to return them at my own expense. Im over this site , never again

Do not order from this company. The items I received were very poor quality. Possibly counterfeit.
I ordered bars from them that I have had many times before. The bars tasted nothing like the ones I had in the past. Customer service is telling me I need to pay for the shipment for the return. Very unfriendly service that obviously does not care about the quality of their products.
